The court documents said the woman had decided to have the baby even though he felt he was not ready to be a father. The man ordered some pills on the Internet and fooled his doctor into prescribing others for another condition.

The woman ate the yogurt and suffered severe stomach pains and vaginal bleeding.

When she later realized what she had eaten, she decided to have an abortion, fearing that the fetus had been damaged by the pills.

The defendant's lawyer, Lars Boberg, said his client would most likely appeal the ruling.

I josh, but that's fucked up. =/ The longer sentence I think was just although an investigation needs to be taken on that doctor that was fooled to prescribe more... and... stuff...

Wow, how extreme. Well, I think it's better for the guy to do this than to let the kid be born then abandon it. Even better, the girlfriend got lucky (kind of), now she knows what the guy is really like, what would have happened if they would have still been together? The guy might have resorted to murder.

Hey, do you know what the previous one year sentence was for?

And does anybody know what happens if you take the pills after you're 8 weeks pregnant?
