Im not sure about whats happened with Tobi and Sasuke. I never really payed that clsoe attention to their eyes, all i saw was Sasuke looking extremely worn out and out of Chakra when he woke up and spoke to Tobi.

his curse mark is gone too.. page 14 i think, is when u can tell it is gone.
And Mandra said he gave sasuke some 1st aid.. do u think somehow removed Sasukes Curse Mark and Sasuke cant use it anymore?

He said he was just trying to manage to supress Orochimaru's chakra inside of his body to gain the kind of power Naruto has with the Kyuubi. Which he was having trouble with because Hinata noticed that Orochimaru's chakra had taken control of 1/3 of Kabuto's body already which is why his arm and eye were Orochimaru's instead of his original ones. And i dont think the curse mark would have gone away cause of Orochimaru's death, if it would have, im sure after spending 2 years with Orochimaru, that it would have been brought up at least once and Sasuke wouldnt have killed him knowing that his power from the curse mark would fade away, causing him to be farther away from killing his brother than he was at the time he killed Orochimaru. I think that either Tobi either released the curse mark on Sasuke, or the writers of the Manga were in too much of a rush to get that chapter out, that they forgot to draw the mark and hoped that noone noticed.

True, true. That might mean then when itachi destroyed the part of Orochimaru that escaped from Sasuke's body, it could have caused the curse mark to slowly vanish so that may be why its gone after the fight.
