leftnright sides(dark parts) dont complement da middle..
its like so unblended xD

nnn da bottom of da stock is a bit too sharp 0_0

Well, I like the colors, and the render seems pretty cool. I think you should add text to the sig since it appears to be missing something. Other than that, good job.

Nice sig, to be minimal. To get a little more insight, take the black out, and make it less white. Make Kratos stick out a bit.

It's too flat. There's no depth. I don't like the black stuff on either side- they don't add to the tag at all, and it makes it look even flatter than it is. The swirly stuff also take away depth. You want to use that to your advantage by erasing some parts so that it looks like it goes behind Kratos to give the tag depth. Background overall makes it look flat. Maybe if you blend stock it'll look better.
Plus, what are you doing to make your backgrounds? Are you brushing? Doing filters? Smudging? I really can't tell. If it's filters, stop. It doesn't work for you right now. Until you can achieve depth, filters will not work for you. A good way to start is to learn smudging. And to do that, read tutorials.
