hmm yeh its an interesting idea for a FC.

Kiato Kotizusora is an upbeat out going guy, but when it comes to missions and protecting his village he gets very serious, he is a Chunnin of exceptional level and favors his primary element of wind, his favored attack is a head on long range attack where he releases razor sharp gusts of winds from his katana.

my clan the higaku clan
there a powerful clan tht can manipulate lightining and wind.
our village is located in the land of storms and village is called the stormarumaru.
our fighting stats genjutsu 8 ninjutsu 10 and taijutsu is 9.7.
our element stats are lighining 10 wind 10 fire 5 water 7 earth 4 wood 0 ice 5 lava 4 and storm 50 out of 10. storm is all elements combined.wepon useage is sword 10 kuni 9 and shuriken is 5. our history. our vilage is made of people from the wind and lightinig villages. we were made during the 1st ninja war we take up a lot of space but weve been everyones radar so its time for our up rise and our stormkage is the dragon biju. can I join

Once other clan's found out about their powers, a war sprang out. The Kotizusora clan versus the rest of the country. The war lasted for nearly a week to come to a bloody conclusion. The Kotizusora had deafeat nearly the entire country and gained dominance on 85% of the country. Currently, the Kotizusora are respected as leaders of the country and have a poppulation of about 76,000.

Brief Definitions
Kotizusora: Clan formed from the Land of Kotizu. They are blessed with black angle wings and can perfectly use lava&ice type jutsu.
Kotizu: Group of people who come from the Land of Fire and the Land of Water. They use newly created elements of lava&ice for attacks.
Forbidden Jutsu: Jutsu that are either not recommended to use, are harmful to the user, or are forbidden for other reasons.
Village Hidden in Frozen Ashes: The Land of Kotizu's capital. The primary members of the Kotizusora clan thrive in this village as the strongest ninja in the country.
