Protip: Even if you do provide proof, all you'll prove is that whatever mod did the infraction handing out fucked up, or that you're using an obsolete rule system.
I never implied that they were the same, if you hadn't noticed. All I said was that obviously "a flame is a flame" isn't the case. You can't flame a person who isn't part of the forum, since they obviously can't report you showing that they took offense. Not really that hard of a concept to grasp, to be honest...

I had my account hacked on a forum that uses the same exact rules as this one, except for their double-posting rule. when my account was hacked the hacker flamed my ex-boyfriend who was not online at the time, but I still got an infraction for it.
