You'd think so, but I know of a forum where being a complete fuck ass, or just making bad posts (like boo! and hokage) is a bannable offense, well, perm ban only.

The forum I go on is pretty fail though, well at least the version "spam zone" they have is. The rest is, well, more informative than anything, it's a protest board though, we get passionate people.
