I agree with Miburo. But Shino > all. Now Kishi needs to put him in a 1-on-1 fight where he can show off his new abilities. If the series ends and all we got to see of post-timeskip Shino's abilities was one chapter where he was fighting for only half of it, and his opponent escaped all his attacks easily before simply leaving, I'm gonna be pissed.

after seeing shino couple of chapters back i can easily say he is in the top 3 from kids after the time skip.

You already know who the there 2 are.
