Well the 3rd was a perv so his pervyness probably rubbed off on Jiraiya. And when Naruto is older I bet he will fall for Konohamaru's Sexy Jutsu. And Naruto is already kind of a perv because he invented that jutsu. Well actually I think all adults in Naruto are pervs, there have been quite a few people who have fallen for Naruto's Sexy Jutsu.
