Are you talking about her jugs or her medical jutsu. Jumbo Jugs Jutsu won't effect Kabuto because he's gay for Orochimaru and he won't be able to see them because he's always too busy with his head up Oro's ass. Her medical jutsu beats his because her knowledge is better. Now that I think about it, her medical jutsu is what you were talking about.
