Tsunade=shizune

I think Tsunade needed one, to keep her in line, help with the money - I mean keep the money so she didn't gamble it all away.

I can't say if he's the most powerful sannin. I am biased, I like to think he is.
Tsunade is the only one left, so maybe its her.
Jiraiya would have been awesome to watch against one the Akat guys. We didnt' see him fight an awful lot, just against Orochi (when he was drugged) and with the 6 bodies of pain - and that was a great battle.

jiriya fought pein hes really strong
orochimaru lost to sasuke in the forest of death and naruto in 4 tails

She's great, and is my favourite.
she has everything I would like. Able to hit a guy with her finger, crack the earth open, send people flying through the air, look a fantastic 20 when she's 50.
