hmm kind of tricky. it depends what you mean by saw. by like first episode definitely samurai champloo had the best starting episode in my mind. if you mean by depth with decent character development then naruto and one piece. i tried bleach and even though i still watch it it does give each character an equal share imo. but who knows might be proven wrong yet.
