All the Peins are being controlled by one source and that one source is Nagato. As already said when the code Jiraiya wrote down was... the real one isnt with them. Implying that the main Pein controlling all other Peins isnt there. Which is nagato since yahiko is obviously with them. Also how can you be alive without a soul. If you have no soul then your as good as dead.

Im not saying im right or wrong.. I am going based on whats in the manga and what has been said in the manga.. im sorry if i believe the actual manga facts over other peoples theories which aren't facts, but more like opinions.

O god not another stupid Naruto gains the rinnegan theory. I mean really... Yahiko is dead as stated by the 6 paths of Pain. There's already a clear sign of a controller of these bodies based off of Jiraiya's message. Also you're theory doesn't explain how Nagato was able to master all the elements & use any jutsu he wanted to. Pure fail moving on.

I dont know bout most of your theory op but Naruto having rinnegan is never gone happen because its overkill

4. Resengan and all its different forms
5. Wind Affinity
6. and Forbiden Jutsu - Kage Bushin
7. Hokage as Father
8. Training from Sannin (JMan)
9. Sage Training from Sage Frog ( Fukasuki or sumthing like that)
10. Accelerated Healing
11. Itachi's Secret Gift
ect, ect

he already has a full plate no need of adding dojutsu to that too

I liked the idea. But Minato being a Rin'nengan user blows. If Minato had the Rin'nengan he'd still be sitting in the hokage chair. No 5th hokage.

Nagato is the real user. Master of ninjutsu.. Yahiko only can use suiton so far and that body of his does a lot of kinjutsu.

People....Naruto getting the Rin'negan is just too vague as i said earlier..... For now lets just concentrate on the part 1.....
It doesnt mean that if u are wrong kishi is wrong...!! He has given the hints effectively and he also havent revealed the rin'negan's true power....

For those saying Yahiko is dead...It could be he meant the little yahiko is dead and now this is new and different yahiko subjected to diff morales and rules..... it could be cause of something happened to the three of us after Jman left...

Finally for all those opposing Part 1.... Just think How did Nagato kill that Chunin...it is said even he doesnt remember...he blacked out and lost his mind..!!
which mean he was possessed by someone...and when he came back to senses the man was dead..

Now tell me how can the Rin'negan make the user lose his mind!! Then whats its use!!

all we know about rin'negan is that he have the power to take control on other body ... and maybe when nagato fight that nin ( http://www.narutocentral.com/manga-viewer/373/2/ ) the real rin'negan user transfered in nagato ....

Who knows Nagato may as well be Konan dress like a woman to impersonate her to distract Jiraiya and anyone from the truth. You might say "How can he use her ability?"... Well a rin'negan user can use any kind of jutsu so its easy assume that Nagato can use such abilities.

375-11 First explain to me why Nagato was able to master every element at the age of 10.


374-6/374-7 Then explain why Pein talks of Yahiko as a completely different person who died many years ago.

380-4 Now explain to me why Yahiko looks like just another meat puppet of Pain.

Explain why we haven't seen the Rinnegan's main abilities (manipulation of every element) with these body's. I can give you a hint. It's because he's using the abilities of former ninja & not his own at this point. Yahiko Pein manipulates water just like the normal Yahiko did. Pain possibility boost the meat puppets natural abilities with the rinnegan as well as granting them hive sight.

If you can explain the above comments then we can have an intelligent conversation about this issue.

Its far too complicated. If that is so, then where is Nagato? Wouldn't he also be one the 'dead' people? Why would Yahiko not reveal who he really is?

Because someone is controlling the other Peins .. so more and likely thats why Nagato isnt there. Hence the saying in the manga The REAL one isnt with them. I mean thats not hard to decifer. Meaning one of them isnt there. So since we havent seen Nagato yet then it has to be him.
