I just think that Kakashi needs an epic battle before his death. Otherwise Kishi wouldn't be doing his character any justice.

Fighting Pein one of the main bad guys isnt epic enough?

the manga's gonna lose big numbers in female viewership. lol.

hmm.. kishi said something about this in a recent interview ( i think), that something will happen to kakashi that will shock us all.

Maybe, he'll just lose obito's sharingan, thats all.

Well his fight with Pain wasn't really much of a fight. And we didn't see too much from Kakashi. What I mean by epic is something like the Sasuke vs. Naruto battle, or Jman vs. Pain, or even Third vs. Oro was more epic than this (even thought it wasn't that epic). I mean this fight has lasted like what 3 chapters, split between the rest of the story.

Does he stills keep that special Kunai from the 4th? i think if he still has it then it can be used to alter Pein force. Perhaps the seal within its kunai stills work and linked to Naruto it can be the 4th change it conected to naruto's seal.

Hmm, good point, it kind of reflects the life he had before of sticking solely to the rules, it would be kind of sad though.

Maybe Konohamaru will find him and start shouting at him to get up, and then he'll realise he isn't gone yet.

Of course, he could have just broken his legs and arms under the wreckage, and then Tsunade rebuilds them, but they're robotic.

There has to be more to kakashis death if he really is dead, im like hoping there is some big thing that happens if he really is dead, cause this was not even a long battle, im sorry kakashi has the brains of shikimaru and the strength to be a hokage, i just find it hard to believe kakashis death would fall into 3 simple chapters, when jman fought pein the fight was like 8 chapters of uninteruptted action, kakashi should have gotten at least 5, i actually find him a much more developed character than jman and i think a lot more of us are attached to him, he has the humor, hes strong, hes smart, and hes a leader, if kishi is going to kill him off ill be surprised
