Get Rid of The Pop-Up

The pop up ad that appears whenever you go onto this site is not only annoying, it's spyware. I'm on a brand spankin' new computer right now with some great anti-spyware software... And when I visited the site and this pop up came up, it flipped out and stated all about how it is a tracker bug. I don't mind pop ups that much, but I DO mind spyware being put onto my computer just for coming here.

It should be removed.

I agree. It infuriates me. I'm sick of the spyware scans I've had to do because of it.

I havent seen a pop up, infact I never see pop-ups anywhere on any site (I use Avant Browser which is techniqually like a plugin for IE, but is really a whole different browser, and it has a pop up blocker that blocks everything, and seeing as its basically IE, it also blocks the IE pop-ups)

I use FireFox and no popups..ever. So get firefox. No spyware or popups.

I think firefox sucks, but thats just me. I've grown use to the mouse gestures on avant.

I got Firefox, but even with IE I didn't see that Pop-Up. But then again, I had two pop-up blockers...So get pop-up blockers!

i agree. Microsoft does own all of us. I mean, it is all around us. It is in the air we breath, the water we drink, the programs we use on our computer. I agree, Firefox is better than IE, but Microsoft does run more than half of the computer that are being built nowadays.

Interesting theory. Anyways, I have Firefox and I get no pop-ups what so ever, except on the main log-in page on this site, as soon as I click in the "username" text box it sends me to the worlds "largest casino", not in a pop-up, but in my current active window. This gets extremely annoying when I have to hit back in order to finish typing in my username and password.
Side note: We need to find some way to end Microsoft's tyrannical reign of terror.

I never get redirected either, I guess avant owns all other browsers.
