GM going out of business if they get denied.

I didn't really understand it all when I heard it, but if I'm correct, GM was waiting on a mayor to decide an important decision due to their stock dropping and they will be forced out of business if things don't improve. Does anyone else know about it?

Wouldn't surprise me, when the unions have torn out the heart of the company and fed it to the employees. No one needs to be making $77.75/hr.

What they need to do is tell everyone "Take a massive pay cut, or take an even larger one when we lay you off." The implementation of unions is broken.

What really makes me angry is when those same employees who are laid off say "There's no way we can live on only $15/hr!" The idiots don't save a penny when they're making more in one month than many people make in a year. They don't even deserve those jobs.

Edit: Forgot to add that the no one should get a "bail out". If they get free money now, they won't learn to stop spending more than they make. Morons.
