i want to tell wht i've noticed about naruto speed.

By seeing these two pages

Have u noticed that there is only small place between tsunade and hell realm? And again have u also noticed the part of pain where Naruto hit? That means Naruto came from above. He didn't run but jumped from very far away. The gap between tsunade and he is more far than between tsunade and pain. Hell realm used some kind of repulsive force like jet engine from his boots. He were incredibly fast for sure but not catch up with the speed of Naruto. there is more strange thing about Naruto than his speed. Tsunade shout Pain. Her voice were surely loud. But Pain talks Tsunade with normal sound that should only be heard by Tsunade and ones around her. But Naruto heard all the conversations from very far distance. What an another great thing about Naruto Sage Mode!

But there are other ways to think about Naruto's speed.
1. One of the Toads might throw Naruto to reach between Tsunade and Hell realm.
2. Naruto didn't use speed technique. He might use higher technique of Sage Mode like space skipping technique (as teleport). He might be the one who used space (also a nature thing of surrounding him) as an element (like wind, fire, etc). If then, we could see very strange new Sage Jutsu(s)

3. naruto make shadow clone and throw him way faster than pain throw that animal realm or whatever ^^

and it does not mean that he heard what tsunade was saying, he could react on her moving towards pain...

- it is very posible that naruto jumped but than he would need to predict pain attacking and jump even before he attackted + dont know how pain would miss what naruto was doing... ^^

He could have read their lips?! Thats a possiblity, but who cares? Kishi wants a cool line for the scene and he disregarded alot of things the matter of the fact is he was hella fast and hella bad ass.

Naruto's 5 sense were heighten from the sage mode. With that being said then I believe his speed and hearing were dramatically increased as a result also. Naruto was not that slow to begin with if you look at his battles in the manga. Against Sasuke he looked hella slow because Sasuke is a speed demon. Let me throw out another factor also in regards to Naruto's speed...Maybe it's in his genes to have speed. His father was the 4th hokage after all...

i agree also abt his genes. then he will b god of the speed later while sasuke is speed demon. naruto looks stupid sometimes in learning some jutsu(s) not because he is bad, but because he have to walk in his own way and he is not meant to walk in others' old ways. For the moment, he understands more and more about Sage mode than the Toads do. Most are his own creations. But sasuke just walks in others' old ways. This is the good about Naruto over Sasuke. Naruto looks more and more like a leader now.

hm... that is not good, i mean we all know how kiba end up with his sense of scents when fighting naruto..., i think if naruto can hear better and have a better sense of scents that it could be turn into his weakness + it is kind of useless to him anyway ^^

Tsunade was yelling so hearing her was not so hard.
Even if Naruto haven't heard first Pain's words, he saw moment in which Pain body was launched. He immediately start moving so it is not of surprise that he heard it's last sentence.

Im guessing from the frogs: " See those forms..?" Is forms of seals. So maybe he used body flicker or some other super speed jutsu. Just my guessing D:
