Hard to say between Lee, Gai and J-man. Because Lee and Gai are more a team for the majority of their comedy I'll go with J-man.

That's very true. I was torn between Lee and Gai. The reactions of everyone else only make it funnier. The piggyback race is a classic example.

It terms of actually making good humour and making me laugh most often it's usually conversations between Naruto and Jiraiya. Naruto is always making quips back at him and Jiraiya's attitude and proud perversion makes great chemistry. But the most comedic character would probably have to be Gai, he's like the amalgamation of every weird teacher in existence and he gets some of the very best lines in the series.

I voted for Lee. Everytime i watch the fight with Lee Vs Kimimaro i just cant stop laughing.

Tho J-man is also great and as someone stated b4 J and Naruto having their talks is damn funny.
