Yeah, but that goes for all of Xbox Live. The only game I've played with a lower moron ratio is probably Team Fortress 2, or maybe DOA4.

GTAIV has a good vs. mode. But the best multiplayer is just being free for multiple people to go around the entire city doing whatever.

You can be better. If you know the layout of the streets, you're good with cover, you're a good driver, and you can play without auto-aim (which is for faggots in vs. mode), then you can easily be better than 80% of the players there.
