Rufus is such a stylistically out of place character =/
Street Fighter has exagerrated features, but they're generally proportional. Rufus is just a fucking ball. What the fuck, it's not KOF.

retarded thing is, when Ono was asked if the character "bob" from Tekken 6 was inspiration for rufus, he just came right out and said "oh yeah thats pretty much why we made rufus. lolz "

Rufus is actually a fucking beast. He's a horribly designed character, but he's actually a top tier character.
