Okay, so I entered two rows of data intending for row 1 to correspond to the x-axis, and row 2 to be the y-axis. Elementary graph-making. I made a graph, and it made two entirely different lines, pulling the x-axis values out of nowhere. I want to know how to make it one line, like I intended.

No, it doesn't. It gives me the ability to label the x-axis and name the different lines, of which I only need one. That's it.

right click format axis
you should only be imputting the
info you want on the graph
you can always format your axis later

I got it, thanks bal. The problem with Excel is that it's easy to make complicated graphs, but it's difficult to make simple ones.
