They can smell foreign blood so it wont work if you disguised as a local,The best thing to do if you ever wanted to go to such places is to make a local dude escort you..he'll work as a perfect shield and will actually negotiate better than you to get best prices incase if you wanted to buy something.

If I ever go to egypt then I'm definitely climbing to the top of a pyramid and just standing there for a whole day in some manly pose. And there wouldn't be anything anyone would be able to do about it, since everyone knows you don't fuck with a guy standing on top of a pyramid in a manly pose.
