What sucks about A song of ice and fire is that the most awesome events happened before the books even started.

^I read about some Tower of Joy battle that sounded pretty manly.

Last two episodes were pretty awesome. I dunno how much they differed from the book, since I read super turtle slow. Manly Ned vs Jaime battle. I like that Jaime dude, kinda. Seems like his sister is the hardcore bitch. Only truly dick move he did was toss Bran off a tower thing. Battling for his bro in a manly duel and punching some dude because he interfered is cool as far as I'm concerned. Didn't think Tyrion's champion dude, BRONN, fought dishonorably. And I like how Tyrion paid the freaky guard dude, like a goddamn man. All other lannister besides those two are douches so far. Really hate that sansa bitch too. Ayra is adorable though. =D

I questions Jaime's motives for wanting his brother back. He seems to be a man of honour, but I don't think he really has any brotherly interest in Tyrion's safety. I have a feeling he is only concerned with Tyrion's allegiance, since there seemed to be some hostilities between them in Winterfell after Bran's fall, what with the "sometimes not knowing whose side [Tyrion] is on."

And yeah Little Finger is a grade A cunt. I quite like how the Lannister's saying, "A Lannister always pays their debts," is both menacing and enticing.

Also I can't imagine how weird the this show was as the first acting role for Catelyn's sister's mental child. I mean he had to either actually, or pretend to, suck on a crazy woman's boob and then spent the rest of his screen time yelling with dribble on his chin.
