I've had very little in my life in terms of seafood but from what I've I can safely say I love tuna, smoked mackerel, (imitation) crab sushi (still haven't had the real stuff), prawns and shrimp (TEMPURA UP IN THIS BITCH!)... and I hate the living shit out of salmon.

I have no issues eating crab, and do every once in a while. I've tried lobster and shrimp and didn't really care for the texture. The reaction is just with fish. Also, before the "food poisoning" argument comes into play, it was only me having this reaction of my entire family and it was every single time my mom cooked fish that it happened (I've had that argument on another forum). She stopped trying to give me fish for dinner after like 4 or 5 times and now cooks me a steak or something if the rest of the family has a seafood dinner.

I hate fried fish, I used to eat it a lot when little, so much that it sickens me now. I can take in sushi though, love shrimp, octopus and crab pasty(idk if thats the correct word).

That stuff is pickled ginger? It looks like a salmon accoutrement to me. Doesn't look like any pickled ginger I ever had with sushi.

Yep pickled ginger, looks big in picture but its a very small plate.
