Sigh, for the simple fact that the fox's chakra can leak out meant that the seal was purposely made weak. If the 4th needed the fox's chakra simply locked away, he could have done that. The sealing method the villages used for each jinchuuriki may or may not have been the same. With naruto , he simply does not have both the yin/yang nature as CONTINUALLY stated time and time again, that is why when he goes 4 tails he takes cellular damage unlike the other jinchuuriki. But there had to be a way the jinchuuriki would be able to harness the massive chakra put inside of them, hence ALL seals of each jinchuuriki are weak. And for the record, Yondaime made it known to Sandaime when he sensed the presence of the death god, how he came up with the jutsu without dying is beyond me. With such a jutsu how would he know what he was doing was even right, it is one of those kishi mistakes.

I say this because of Oro could resist his whole soul being taken out, do you really think Yondaime would or the death god could pull in ANY part of the kyuubi. SERIOUSLY people, it is a classic kishi early story needing a twist mistake, we see it alot with him. Now we can say that Yondaime used a variant of the death god jutus than what Sandaime used, becuase he was the one who first sensed the death god, that is all around in nature.

Same reason that no one can comment when I talk about sound and frequencies and such, cause they are what the byakugan, and sharingan and rinnegan uses, they give the user different DNA-granted access to tap into different frequencies for certain abilities. SM taps into a frequency all around in nature that greatly enhances body functions right down to the brain, just like Ino's clan can access the mind, pein just has a better version and method of doing so. ANy ninja can do what pein does, you just will have a hard time getting there, and in most cases you need to have a large ass chakra pool to even talk shit.

So no, The other half of the kyuubi's nature is sealed off, but for rightthen and there kishi felt teh whole death-god and yondaime thing would make for a great story, unless he had a way of relinquishing the chakra from the death god.

Also i dont think Pain is that big. I dont think thats actully them two standing behind each other. Its like two pics put together where one is sized bigger then the other. Like the Itachi and sasuke cover where sasuke was made smaller and itachi was made bigger to concentrate on his face.

if it was posted i missed it but the chapter sounds well good, cant wait to see hungry ghost pain turn into a frog, i knew the nine-tails wouldnt come out yet!! maybe it wont come out at all would be dissapointing!! thanks for the spoilers tho!!
