I reckon the thing will be the 6 tails will wreck Pain and then start to go crazy destroying whats left in the village and then lays his eyes on Hinata barely moving, realising shes alive the 6 tails is distracted giving time for someone to bring him under control (Yamato??)...

Just a theory, resulting that hopefully she is still alive... =)

About Hinata...well, she is probably alive, but if Kyuubi goes rampage I don't see much of that land staying how it is now.

6 tails, holy fuck. It also has the skull and bones of the Kyuubi like a cloak. Badass.
Pain is even more badass, not twitching for a second in front of such a monster.

I thought that the Kyuubi won't show, but what the hell, it's fun. We will see how Tendou will carry himself with THIS.

And if Hinata is dead - go Kishi, you proved that you have the balls. Konoha, Shizune, Hinata. Awesome.

wtg hinata! that's the spirit! now it seems naruto is pretty much affected by hinata, the feeling might be mutual, (sorry narusaku fans). wait, what!!? hinata is dead? oh no, it can't be. that's just the saddest thing ever, confessing your love then dying in front of your love's eyes. kishi should reconsider. 6 tails kyubi mode naruto! whoa! the bones are visible now. now pain will know real pain. can't wait for the release!

Just to add I find it funny that at Hinata's possible death some of us are going wtf... While when Shizune bit it, everyone was like oh ok...

People liked Hinata more.. they knew her more. She has a connection with Naruto. I hardly even knew shizune. Some characters you just feel that way about and some you dont.

Well of course.
Shizune is nowhere near Hinata's level of importance to fans or the story (though Hinata is also filler in Part II).
Plus, she is one of the Rookie 9. If she dies, she will the very first rookie to die. Sad. I kinda wanted a little of her development.

ahh shizune, the apprentice of tsunade.. hehe. she doesn't strike me as a shinobi really, only just a secretary. her death might be meaningful to sakura's development, but compared with hinata,hinata has more appeal.

yeah, it's sad really if hinata will go. damn pain, killing jiraiya,then kakashi(maybe, maybe not), shizune, pa frog, then ma frog, then hinata? come on kishi, that is just too much pain for naruto to handle.
