in this WAR. I mean really the present generation isn't going down so that leaves the previous one. Guy and Kakashi aren't or else they would have already. maybe Neji's Uncle, Kurenai is NOT in the WAR, Tsunade should/could be one, Tsuchikage is PAST his prime, and Raikage? hmmmm...

Tsuchikage dies who will be Kage?
A dies i guess Omoi will take it or Bee.(but i doubt that)
Tsunade makes room for Kakashi to take it.(then give it to Naruto)

You can't just learn it. If this were the case, copying would be easy as fuck. A ritual needs to be taken place.

Madara already knows the ritual. He had Kabuto show it to him. Did you miss the part where Madara killed that root ninja and kabuto brought him back via Edo Tensei? There was no planning ahead of time for that. Kabuto did that whole process on the spot, and Madara saw it.

The only thing missing is knowing what hand seals are needed and how to mold the chakra right, which the Sharigan should be capable of figuring out.

Tobi knows the procedure now, but he doesn't need the jutsu, he is already the most haxed character in the manga. Besides who is he going to revive (Uchiha clan? he has the DNA from his sharingan collection).

Madarra is also missing info on the tags implanted into their head to bind and control their souls.

Without that info anybody madarra does bring back could turn on him and of course they can't be killed!

if I were madara, I wouldnt trust kabuto at all. When Madara asked him what were the drawbacks, kabuto said non. I dont believe that at all

You have a point there, he doesn't have the control seal. Though Madara could probably unsummon those that turn on him.

There's obviously a lot more to be learnt about the edo tensei technique,

the question is are we going to learn that Kabuto is lying about all it can do and the lack of its drawbacks
or is there just more to be revealed.

For example: we could learn that Kabuto isn't lying but what he's not telling us is that each subsequent person brought back with the edo tech is weaker (similar to kagebunshin downside).
or Kabuto has said once the golemns are created they can't be destroyed even if the controller is killed which kinda gives the impression that they are independant from his chakra. So maybe the drawback is that each golemn created makes Kabuto permanently weaker until that Golemn is destroyed.

All this talk about Kabuto got me thinking about Orochimaru. Can someone explain to me how he would have learned all the jutsu. He couldn't have learned water shit if he didnt have the water element right?
Also, wouldn't he have to give up Sasuke's body in three years after getting it?

He couldn't unless he suddenly obtained the Rinnegan. I'm not even sure he would've been able to use Katon and Raiton with Sasuke's body. All we saw from him after his body switches were his snakes and Fuuton.

Not necessarily. The three year window is the minimum amount of time required between body jumps. If Sasuke's body was a compatible host for Oro's soul then I don't think he would've had to jump again.

From what I gathered about Kabuto's Edo set up, he show'd Madara, but he's not show'd him everything, the actual controller of all created Edo's would be Kabuto until he dies. He gave Madara half the ability, the Golems still need to be processed, and controlled by Kabuto for Madara. Yeah the shits dumb but look at this stupid assed war, Kishi's starting to fail louder every chapter.

Also Kin and Gin as substitute for kyuubi chakra (the greatest amount of chakra in Naruto world) is something Kishi pulled out of his ass. I lost major respect. It would be like near the end of LOTR there happens to be another slightly weaker ring and Sauron is like "that will do". It kind of shits on everything established up to that point. It kind of insults my intelligence.
