the last time it was referenced was before naruto's sage training right? i think its about time we at least get another mention, or sneak peak at what this mystery jutsu is. as for kabuto, a part of me hopes that its really bad ass and turns the tide of war.

just a THOUGHT: kabuto is waiting in the shadows, waiting for madara completley build his body into the body of the sage, then hes going to do his body switch jutsu of orochimaru's to take over madara, but instead of bein a bitch madara fights back and madara,kabuto, and orochimarus personalitys blend to create one filthy sadistic villain.

How can you not know what Warcraft is? And I say it beat you to it because the big bad for a while was the Lich King, an amalgamation of souls consisting of Arthas Menethil, a powerful paladin, and Ner'zhul, the original orc warchief and original soul for the Lich King.

Yep, that's exactly what happened, which is exactly why it should work now, since the vast majority of the fodder ninja army would get merc'd in the process, which is what we need to shift the momentum of the war back into madara favor.

Even if Kishi is trying to make these fights personal, the fact remains that the good guys are winning this war overwhelmingly, and this is a problem in his writing. Especially since they were outnumbered to begin with, and Kabuto supposedly made the Zetsu clones more powerful, yet Darui's division has nearly annihilated the enemy. This war will be over very soon unless, something drastic happens.

I can tell you definitely don't play chess do you? Even weak pawns have important value in the early game for restricting the enemies movements, and especially in the later on, when they can be transformed into stronger units. That's basically what war does amirite. It gives experience to rookie ninja by forcing them to man up, act smarter, and become stronger to survive.


As an avid chess player, I can tell you I'm very aggressive, usually opening with knights to take a good position on the field so my opponent can't move their pawns the way they want. With any luck this let's me take a few pawns and maneuver close enough to the enemies back line so I can take a bishop or rook before the board open up enough that they can leave the back pocket. I most likely end up sacrificing my knight in the process, but it is well worth it to take out pieces that play larger roles later in the game, and also giving me a significant advantage mid-game.

This same process applies to the current war. If you put a powerful, yet versatile piece on the field (Manda) then he with the help of other support pieces (7 swordsmen) could take out the his enemies powerful piece (kakashi or Gai....or both) plus a few pawns (basically all the fodder ninja with kakashi). This would most likely be done at the expense of Manda's life, since Kakashi would have to Kamui him, or Gai opens Gates. Either way would leave those two vulnerable afterwords, to the 7 swordsmens counter attacks. In the end though Kakashi's group would fall and the 7 swordsmens group could move on and reposition themselves on the playing field to help there allies. Possibly moving to flank Darui's division, thereby trapping Darui between 2 enemy lines and crushing him. Then those 2 groups combine their strengths (and pieces) to try to take out the enemy headquarters (which would represent the king in chess).

None of this change in momentum would be possible if not for the sacrificing of one strong piece to begin with though. See what I mean?

I wonder if it's possible to transplant organs from Edo Golems? I say this because we haven't seen or even heard anything from Itachi or Pein yet, but we know Kabuto can definitely summon them. We also know from Kabuto's explanation that they should have their dojutsus intact. So this has me thinking. Would it be possibly to transplant the rinnegan and sharigan from those two into himself, and is this his secret ace in the hole he was referring to?

It's hard to say really. We've only seen them turn to to ash/dirt in 2 conditions. The first is when they are injured, which then heals up. The other is when they are sealed, or the jutsu is ended. We've never seen a scenario where part of the body was carefully extracted, like it would be if an eye transplant took place. Plus this is kabuto we're talking about, so there is no telling what he can do.

So of this isn't possible, it raises the questions. What is his "that jutsu" then, and where the hell are Itachi and Pein?

You miss understood a bit, but I understand what you mean..You're speaking an actual chess game. All I meant was, the little knights of the castle 'pawns' are sent out first to stop the whatever, but eventually the higher power 'king' is forced to fight himself since he ran out of knights.. Na'mean?

Why should Madara have to get his hands dirty if he doesn't have to;D
