Oh wait, the title insists: "how to make wallpapers", why not "how could I make wallpapers"... also what type of wallpapers do you want, you know you could just right-click on an image and save it as a file... but wait, you want to make them... now, how to make wallpapers ? I insist you learn photoshop, if that is not what you are loking for, elaborate further.

I also agree with what ChizurU千鶴 is saying. Anto, it was really unnecessary for you to make fun of young naruto315 like that. He just wants to know. It's not like you know everything in the world, do you? Does making fun of innocent people give you some sick pleasure? Any normal brain will understand what young naruto315 wrote. You don't have to act like a elementary school teacher and recorrect everything.

-But anyway, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are pretty good graphic softwares to create your own wallpapers. They are easy to use and learn, and basically just get ur own pictures, play around and make something. You could just use paint if you want.
