I know there is a way to allow mods and shit to change specific user groups. On ML I could change people to smods and former mods, but not mods or admins. Meaning that there must be some option that would allow us to change people to OUTER HEAVEN members, but not able to make everyone a mod and shit. Shino should give us that powar, so we don't have to waste his time asking him.

I don't see why not. It's not like we could fuck anything up if we could only change their user group to either an OUTER HEAVEN member or a normal user.

I dunno. It depends on what different levels of user permissions there are. If there's a way for him to give us permissions over Outer Heaven, then I don't see why he wouldn't do it. But if that would mean also giving us control over who's what kind of mod like you were talking about with ML it'd never happen.

Nah, I could only change certain groups. Not all groups. I couldn't change anyone to a mod, but I could make people smods for some reason. The mod group was restricted for me to change, but the smod group wasn't. Meaning there has to be some way to make it so we can only change certain groups and not others, since I could only change certain groups and not all groups. Know what I mean?
