Okay, the spoilers seem to be saying that Hinata will live. If that's the case, Naruto is going to have a lot to think about. Hinata confessed her love for him, but he can't just forget how he feels about Sakura. He doesn't know how Sakura feels about him, or about Sasuke either. He can't just tell Hinata to get over him. He saw what that does to a girl.

So how long will Naruto have to think this over? How will he make his decision? As for who he'll choose, I don't know. It's up in the air in my opinion.

As I have the least bias opinion here, I'll list the advantages to each character (as well as disavantages I don't want brought up).

Hinata
* First person to tell Naruto "I love you". And she has for a long time.
* Sweet and gentle.
* HOOOOT! Not sure if that's of any importance to Naruto. But it can't hurt.
* Noble family. However, I doupt this is important to Naruto.

Sakura
* Has been a good friend for a long time. I don't want to hear "Oh, she used to be mean to him." She was, now she's not! End of story.
* Admitted she was wrong to look down on him.
* First person to "claim" Naruto: "That's my teammate!"
* Smart and witty.
* Naruto doesn't have to worry about her safety. She can take care of herself just fine.

Okay, now that that's settled, to go over what I don't want to hear.
"Naruto falling for Hinata is cliche, so it shouldn't happen." We don't care. If it happens, it happens.
"Sakura is a violent bitch. She doesn't deserve Naruto." First off, Naruto is the one that will be making the decision here, not you. Also, Sakura has hit Naruto five times by my count. For a "violent bitch", that sure isn't all that violent. There are far more violent girls in manga and anime out there.

Naruto doesn't have a Dilemma, just a simple choice.
He already knows how Hinta feels
He likes Sakura, but doesn't know how she will go about it.
So choose Sakura & see if she feels the same -or- choose Hinta that loves him deeply???

Hinata saying I love you is her only saving quality. That shy & sweet personality of hers is why Naruto never noticed her in the first place. Being "hot" doesn't really factor in here since Naruto thinks Sakura is hot & has yet to show signs that he’s attracted to Hinata. Being a part of a noble family again hurts Hinata since she must follow traditions & has her own personal servants. She’s from an entirely different world & wouldn't relate to gutter trash like Naruto.

Yes Sakura has been a good friend for a long time. They share a special bond one that Hinata could only wish to have. Smart & witty again being another plus since Sakura is more outgoing it’ll mean Naruto would notice her more. In a world of ninja Naruto can respect her strength. A strong woman is definitely an attractive quality.

All & all Sakura is a better match for Naruto.

yes i also think sakura is a better match for him(4 years+ can create strong bonds), but damn he will end up with hinata, not with the bitch that punches him on every mistake he makes and who for 2 years rejected him in such a violent way. hinata went on a suicidal atack for him, cuz of her love, and he understood that (the tear). he might not accept her as a lover right away, but the road is there now, and they both started walking on it.
