Make up your mind. Are you debating about love, or are you debating about the fact that a person's professional success is linked to physical appearance rather than actual credentials? Next time you decide to start a debate thread, how about you try getting your thoughts together first. This post makes absolutely no sense and has virtually nothing to do with the "proof that love does not exist" topic you attempted to defend.

There's a difference between a debate about religion, which is common, and a debate about the nature of human emotion. Frankly I don't see the point in this thread period. I could have just closed it and left it at that. If you want to argue with me about the justification behind my relocating this thread to the Chit Chat section, please do, but just no that you're wasting your time and energy doing so.

Either way I don't see the difference in the matter since post count is enabled in this section anyways. I could understand being upset if a debate thread was moved to the Spam Zone and your posts were lost, but seeing as how that's not the case, I don't really see what you're complaining about. The only thing you lost was the right to claim that your debate is official.

Go to any forum and you will see at least one thread, maybe more, about religion in the debate section. But I promise you will rarely ever find a debate thread on whether love exists. THAT was my point. Please learn to read.

And in a way, yes, it does have the same meaning of the God thread. But contrary to your thread, the original poster of that thread actually put forth an effort to start the debate on a logical note.

Frankly, though your debate might have held some kind of ground if it was done the right way, you original post that you decided to begin this thread with was lacking in what may have started a serious debate. Had you put your thoughts together in a more sensical way, I could have possibly seen this as being a debate.

But you, however, decided to say things like "example: smart fat ugly girls won't get a job as quickly as a dumb sexy girl", and "i went to the gym and ran 2 miles a day and lost weight blahblahblah".

Please tell me what the fuck that has to do with the existence of love. It sounds to me like you're trying to prove the existence of discrimination based on appearance rather than anything else.

You explain how that proves that love doesn't exist in a logical way to [/i]me[/i], and I'll shut up. But if you're going to come at me in the way you have these past few posts, I suggest you stop while you're ahead.

He's trying to get people who don't believe in God to argue against him, and since he's so smart and cunning he thereby tricks those who believe in love but not God to prove themselves wrong. But this relies on drawing the actual analogy between love and God, which he completely failed at. Cool try, dude.

If he makes a thread titled "Proof that 'Love' does not exist," it's CLEARLY mocking the "Proof that God does not exist" thread. Trolling isn't always some elite social tactic that only capable masterminds can do. Trolls a lot of the time don't even know they're trolling. I'd actually say the majority are retards. I think I'm actually giving him less credit than you are.
