no ive been doing this for a year and a half...not much change...my fat % only went down 5% (at first i thought i was gaining muscle mass) and the doctor i know is my friends dad and a dietitian so he knows what he says and not just trying to make money

"Love" isn't always romantic. It can be defined as simply caring for the well-being and happiness of another. Unless you're completely, 100% self-centered, you love someone. So unless you're implying everyone who ever lived only cared for themselves, love exists. It's not tangible, but it exists.

So it's technically impossible for an emotion to not exist, unless you're emotionless, which is impossible as well.

People think love is like.... just basically screwing, or it gives meaning to love when you screw the shit outta someone. Love is devotion. Love can be lust, but usually isn't. Love is when you absolutely can't go without it, no matter what substitute comes along, it doesn't compare. Like air really, I love air. And I can't go without it.
