I'm actually wondering whether or not there will be a short break in between the battles or will this one just carry onto the arrival of Danzo/Sasuke? Would be nice to know who is still alive and in one piece after Pain. (Shikamaru has a broken leg)

Yeah we know that Shikamaru is alive for sure. And yeah what is Sasuke going to do about the elders and about the 8 tailed beats. Danzo is going to try to take the place as Hokage now or?

It might be a bit of Danzou/Aftermath of Pain for a while more, but yeah I think Sasuke must be looking at Konoha pretty soon, hopefully he'll do something irreversible like kill TenTen (random pick) so all us SasukeHaters can feel justified in our anti-fanboy fanboyism.

Eh, would be pretty redeemable to me if Sasuke came in hope to protect Naruto from the Akatsuki. I still am wondering WHY he asked them of the whereabouts of the "9tails" if he doesn't care for either Akatsuki or Konoha/Naruto. Seems to me those severed ties he spoke of were being sewn again. Still think it'd be pretty awesome to see Team Seven reunited under one cause; Tobi's defeat.

Agreed. I don't think Sasuke can waltz his way back into everyone's good grace after all the trouble he has caused.

That's assumed by me and many that something bad is going to happen to Sai, and Sasuke will change his ways at some point and assist Naruto & Sakura, or they'll help Sasuke, one way or the other, Madara's gonna die. But he will be more beastly than Pein, you heard it here first. He's not gonna destroy Konoha but some characters will fall like flies... Ten-Ten, Kiba, Ino, I believe he may even kill Tsunade eventually.

Ahmm I think Tsunade will die defending the new generation. As Jiraiya did too. But I doubt Kishi will start taking out characters from Naruto's generation. Maybe their teachers, but the chances of that are slim. I see Naruto/Sasuke/ maybe Sakura, isolating Madara and fighting him away from the village, kind of like the Sannin of their time. Who knows, maybe Sakura will sport a slug, and ... well actually Naruto kind of just lost all of his summons and... Sasuke got his blown up. hmm...

If so then I bet it has something to do with disobeying Danzou.
