Well i've been looking through the forum n alot of ppl think kakashi is gonna be hokage... yea kakashi would make a great hokage but i for one dont see it happening.. the reason i say this is beacuase kakashi's personality isnt the type to take on such a big role he's more laid back and chilled out reading books n stuff like that.. it would be too "troublesome" for a person thats mellow all the time.. well idk i cud be wrong.. what do you think?

Kakashi is a character tha will do anything for Konoha, if that means becoming Hokage, then he will accept the responsibility. And, Kakashi isn't "mellow" when he's serious.

well jaraiya was the type to do anything for konoha n when they offered him the chance to become hokage he rejected but yet he still gave his life for the village without being hokage... kakashi could do the same

Jiraiya didn't accept because there was someone else out there, and he thought she could do better. He also had to think of Naruto, Naruto needed him, so he couldn't be stuck behind a desk all day. He also had to gather info on Akatsuki. How would he do that if he couldn't leave the Village? Kakashi, on the other hand, is the best choice now and he has no other respnsibilities holding him back, like Jiraiya did. He has no ties with Naruto or Sakura, they can egt along fine without him. If he's the best choice and there's no one else for the job, then he will accept.

Jiraiya couldn't be hokage because he had to travel the world writing his books and training Naruto.

so probably kakashi is also going to do well too


jiraya didnt want the title of hokage becuase he failed to save his friend from darkness (oro)... that's also why he left the village (...right?)

yes.. he can.. and besides no one is suitable to become one when Tsunade dies.. naruto is NOT ready yet..

and btw.. one of my friends said that maybe Kakashi will die in this Pain arc then Tsunade will revive him in expense of her own life...
that's his idea and sounds plausable for me..

I don't think Kakashi would be the best choice for becoming Hokage.

The reason I say this, and with also sadness for him, is that he has Mangekyou Sharingan. So, he will inevitably go blind in his Sharingan eye.

Then, of course, half of Kakashi's techniques including Chidori are no longer "complete" again. And, of course, no more "Copying" jutsu and predicting their movements. If other villages learned of this, they would see this as weakness, and would invade. The Sharingan has always given Kakashi an edge over ordinary people, in addition to his intellect.

Would be a bad move, IMO. At least in a long term perspective. Kages are suppose to last for a while, otherwise the village appears weak as well.

Although -_- He is about the only choice I can think of left, should Tsunade kick the bucket. Even the 3rd had to take back the position, while waiting for a suitable 5th to come along. (Though, it boggles me why he didn't persuade Tsunade or Jiraiya to do it after the 4th died)

He could..but he didn't want to..it wasn't his thing for the reasons u said..so he stucked tsunade in his place to get away and have some chickes.

Well he's only gonna have a shot at becoming Hokage if Tsunade dies really soon. Give it a few months and I think Naruto would have a better shot to be honest.
He's closer to it than I think many people believe to be honest.

I have to agree with you. Unless Tsunade dies like right now during the invasion, Naruto will most likely be the next Hokage. He already has the strength now all he needs is to work on his level of maturity and intelligence.

i cant see naruto becoming hokage just yet, like yes if kishi is going to end naruto soon then it is a possibility that it will just happen but if you look back none of the hokage were younger then minato, minato id say was maybe a little younger than kakashi is right now, and we all know naruto has not surpassed minato yet, minato was SMART for one thing and i think naruto is finally using the intelligence he gained from his father ever since he did sage training which makes me think that it's a possibility minato also did sage training and thats how he became so patient since we never saw him as a kid, but anyway, kakashi is in the right age range for hokage and yes even if he hates the job it just means he will step down and hand it too naruto when he feels hes ready

Well I didn't mean he would be hokage now. What I was trying to say is that if Tsunade survives another 2 or 3 years then I think Naruto would be ready by then.
