Dude we're saying that sakura was a useless cryer up until she came under Tsunadae's direction. She's definately a strong character now. Totally useles up until Sasori though.

Now that you mention that. Yep I did notice that. Tsunade becoming a sage and then a Hokage doesn't seem to show as much versatility to Jutsu's with the 3rd and 4th Hokage did. And for a sage she doesn't show as much scale and high quality Jutsu's as much as Jiraiya Ero-Sennin and Orochimaru did.

Well she had a few. But not as epic as Jiraiya or as Biologically/Organically original as Orochimaru...

Why Obito?

Being a descendant of an Uchiha makes possessing a body for a longer time due to bloodlines direct similarities. Unless like Orochimaru who was to do some experimentation for indirect bloodline body to be possessed but not for long.


Why Obito still?...it could be any other Uchiha...

Madara needed to disappear. Maybe in some way Madara found that body or was found for him.

Could be foreshadowing. Not sure where Kishi was trying to go with it; Could be as simple as the scratch on the forehead. But agreed, Naruto did win that battle. Considering its a headshot, he could have done much more damage to Sasuke had he actually had the intent to kill.

i generally agree, i seriously doubt that madara is obito, but by the same token i don't think we can just drop the idea b/c kishi wrote the kakashi gaiden for a reason. you could take it at the base value of him wanting to tell how kakashi got his sharingan, but typically when someone introduces something like that is does serve a longer running reason.

You forgot Oro (sort of) was killed by his pupil (kind of) as well though if you therefore don't count it you are right though Sasoke vs Oro was lame.



We need Madara shown with both EMS eyes that this ridiculous (if you ask me) idea of Madara being Obito ends I would only come along with the idea of Zetsu being Obito (though this still won't silence some of this people anyway).

For the girls in here shown as weak and useless, well it is a Shonen Manga but if you ask me being medicals makes the women in Narutoverse way more importen and much more valuable than you think. I mean our heroes would die like flies if it weren't for the medical girls. In addition we have seen pretty less of The Kuma nins and Sakura and Tsunade are ridiculas strong in other ways as well. Further it seems a Ninja war lies before us and who knows what the Iwa-nins who as far as I know only were showed as past will bring out. Oh we shouldn't forget about Kushina who we know nothing about her fighting skills yet. I would guess that she was/is/will be some strong water Jutsu using chick (Former whirlpoolcountry anyone?). Maybe later on we will get some Gaiden of Minato/Kushina and the third Ninja war/how they met as well

Kishi gave us that side story concerning Kakashi's bg to bridge p1 to p2 nothing else. Obito is dead. Half of his body was crushed by the first set of rocks than the second one finished him.

The only reason pople started to think Tobi=Obito is because Madara wears a mask and reveals only 1 SG, nothing else. After that people began grasping at straws trying to find evidence where there are none.

Never would happen. Reasons?

No Uchiha shown in the manga has super strength like Tsuande, Pa toad, Sakura and Sage Naruto.

The guy is crushed beneath rocks. Rocks force pressure upon the body, thus compressing it shattering the bone, muscles, cutting off the circulation and causing massive bleeding. Due to this the survival rate is 0 not to mention that there is no air. Obito is dead.

Madara = Danzou ( FAIL CATASTROPHICALLY )

If he was Danzou. Why the hell does he need to preserve the village needs by becoming a leader if he runs the hidden mist. Madara is a loser himself. The wuss taken out people with bloodlines in the mist, because he was scurred of losing his Sharingay eyes.

Myth

Madara has lived this long due to his powerful chaKRA, uchihas as he said have above average chakra and his was the biggest and strongest in uchiha history.

wow, i'm a little surprised at how powerfully people went against this. i was jsut voicing an opinion. i'm the sort that doesn't discount something until there is really solid proof on one thing or another, and considering the insanity of the ninja world (people puppets, giant talking frogs, people who live longer by stealing organs, people who just don't die) anything seems to be possible.

i mean, the fourth literally jsut showed up inside naruto's head. the same fourth that has been dead for 15-16 years after using a tech that's suppose to trap your soul forever within the belly of the death god.

although i do agree with the madara =/= danzou. they seem to have too dissimilar goals and plans to be the same person pretending to be separate individuals. especially since danzou has been in konoha for the better part of his life as a 'hokage to be'

But in response to Magus, why is it hard to believe that Madara is simply Madara? Itachi himself confirmed it. Would he have any reason to lie about Madara? Especially minutes before his own death, why would he lie to Sasuke?

Sai was a wasted character that Kishi just brought in for a blank appearence that means nothing to the overall manga basically. Really, Sai had potential to be a great character that would be looked at as the pseudo-sasuke replacement for a while.... but then Kishi made him look gay and then wasted the rest of his development with his unique skills of using ink for battle. Same as Yamato....another character that could have been better to the manga...but now is a waste again. he only helped for a bit and then has no more use by Kishi's standards. Same as probably the cloud village ninjas that we saw like 20 or so chapters ago. Oh yeah, and lets not forget the same as he has done with the other members of team hawk. Sad....definitely sad.

We need to see what Shino can do! Really! I'm with you there, Shino and Yamato have ALOT more to them to offer in the manga than Sai.... and I would love to actually see a battle with these guys in there against someone. With Pain attacking the village, this would have been a great point to show different teams actually battling different bodies. The teams still could have lost, but atleast we could have seen the battling of all other teams in naruto's generation and still proven that Pain was crazy strong. I would have enjoyed that much better than saying that Pain withdraws his bodies so he can destroy the village and then naruto shows up at that point. It would have been way better to have each body encounter a different team that would battle it and still lose. Or atleast teams of two from naruto's generation per pain body. Then defeat them and have the bodies withdraw for Pain to destroy the village. That would have been wayyyyyyy better in this arc and would have pleased all the fans I believe!
