Cause they were exiled based upon his actions that he was able to mask his involvement thanks to his ability.

Oh well SS probably forgot cause they were trying to find a way to stop Aizen,but i have a feeling after this arc is over they'll be welcomed back along with the Vizards

Urahara can't physically return because of something SS did to him. He and the vizards should be on good terms with SS after this fight. Urahara is already working with SS to stop Aizen. As for him and the vizards going back to there old lives as shinigami, that just won't happen. Even if Urahara only had good intentions, experimenting with hollow powers is something Taboo in SS. He actually deserved his punishment. The vizards were sentenced to death because they had those hollow powers, and not based on anything they did themselves. I could see the shinigami and vizards (and quincy's) co-existing with one another to help protect the earth, but actual assimilation seems unlikely.

Also it was Central 46 who stirred up all that shit to begin with. With them long dead (Aizens only good deed IMO), and Yama in charge, the situation should change.

SS did nothing to him, physically. They all escaped before the punishment could be carried out.

http://www.onemanga.com/Bleach/70/17/ When Urahara touched the gate that he opened to allow ichigo to go to SS it rejected him. He was physically incapable of passing through it to the point that it burned his hand on contact. Someone must have done something to him for that to happen. Plus he's never been shown in SS (or hueco mundo)since he left.

You think the Vizards will actually agree to go back to Soul Society? Their return to the battlefield against Aizen showed how they didn't like Soul Society anymore. Notice how Shinji spoke with Yamamoto?

The people in room 46 have to be the most weakest and crap people in Soul Society. With all their stupid decisions, they basically destroyed what Soul Society should have been: a safe haven for good souls.

Their anger doesn't explain the lack of an invitation, especially in the case of Urahara and Tessai.

Well no I didn't say they were angry. Their way of greeting was like:

"Don't get any funny ideas of ordering us around. We are with Ichigo not with Soul Society."

So basically, even if they do get invited back, they won't do for being subordinates under Yamamoto again. Maybe they will start a new academy for Vizards and to awaken and control people's inner hollow.
