Do you know Samurai 7?

I just wanted to ask whether anyone of you knows "Samurai 7".
I think it's one of the best animes ever! xD

Well, there are better animes, but samurai 7 is my favorite. ^^

It's pretty unknown, because it's just shown on some websites and "Animax".
Of course it's available on DVD, but who buys DVDs of an unknown anime? (ME!)

I have to say that the first episodes aren't that good....

I watched it on Razer a few years ago, downloaded it, watched it all, then bought it when I found the complete series for $50.

It's a great series overall, but I can't get over how terrible the animation gets when there's a lot of action. That, plus the slow pace at the beginning really hold it back from being one of my favourites, but I did buy it so that's saying something.

Man, here the DVDs are pretty expensive! 25 € for one DVD (5 episodes)!

But your right, the animation isn't very good.Nevertheless the story is great!

It's definitly enjoyable! I watched the subbed version By Akeep/ANBU awhile back. The Movie is much better!

yes it is an awesome series but its one of those anime i can only watch once every couple of years.

He's funny, but I don't believe he's the best samurai. xD

I think Kyuzo and Kanbei are the best samurais. Well, maybe Shichiroji too, but he isn't as well as those two guys.

oh I liked it, very nice series, I like how there's no bullshit about it, you have something, you do it, the end, and its ending, is pretty epic too, I wouldnt miss it.

The ending was pretty hard. 4 of 7 samurais died. I'm still dissapointed that my favorite characters had to die (Kyuzo, Heihachi, Kikuchiyo).
