Shedding Skins....


Standing on a rigid cliff a woman is seen gleaming her eyes towards the open path that separates the forest. Anbu4: Silhouette Bushin! She makes a number of flat clones. Anbu4: Looking straight on he won't know the difference. Her four clones all form a different hand sign. Kabuto as he approaches the opening toward the Anbu he suddenly stops. Kabuto: This could be a trap. Why is this one so far from the rest and even more so close to that cliff? Scene switches*

Kabuto is seen walking out casually toward his foe. He stops midway and places one wrist on his hip. He adjusts his glasses while giving the female Anbu a piercing glare. Anbu4: So you must be the one aiding him? You're nothing but a teen. Do you know what you have done?! For your crimes I will take either your head or hide back to the base. She rushes out toward Kabuto revealing a hidden blade along her forearm. She strikes and slashes at Kabuto multiple times. As Kabuto dodges back and runs toward her side and slashes her rib cage with his chakra sickle. Kabuto grins at the sight of her blood. Anbu4 gets serious and her clones all slowly start shifting and making different hand signs. Anbu4 thinking, (It will take time to use my Secret Array Jutsu, I must buy some time.) Kabuto: I am about out of ideas, I must trust in my training with Orochimaru Sama. Anbu4 runs in towards Kabuto pulling out a kunai. She slashes at Kabuto who jumps to the side dodging her attacks smoothly. She throws her kunai toward Kabuto's shoulder. Kabuto dashes to the left as the kunai misses him barely and strikes a rock. Kabuto looks down and sees another kunai glowing. Kabuto: GASP! A monstrous explosion goes off covering the brushes in fire and black smoke. Anbu4: You didn't notice my shadow kunai technique. It sends out two kunai's, one meant for the distraction and the other targeted for you. (Kabuto is seen on all fours covered in burns and bruises.) She stands above Kabuto as if he was nothing to her. Another enigmatic specimen to brag about taking down. She unleashes her sword once again and raises it as if she is about to decapitate Kabuto. Suddenly two arms reach from under the ground grabbing the Anbu's ankles. Chakra is seen running up her leg. Kabuto: You are paralyzed, you cannot move or even threaten me any longer. You see I have been training not only to impress my master but to improve my basic skill. Medical Jutsu!

Kabuto stands to his feet as his underground bushin poofs away. He slowly walks toward her,smirking after every step. Anbu4: Do not think something so minuscule could slow me down. She somehow manages to free her right hand. She completes a one handed hand sign. Her clones quickly float to her position. From their mouth they shoot out Fire; Water, Earth and Wind beams at Kabuto who is hurled back on his ass. Kabuto: But how?! My bind should of been strong enough. Anbu4: You look surprised, your bind did work but not as you thought. It is not as strong to hold someone of my caliber. She breaks the bind entirely and does another seal with her left hand. The clones form together molding one being. Anbu4: My name is Yotoishi Uzumaki, to be so young and manage to delay my duties this much. You have earned this gift of introduction. Kabuto: I am Kabuto, I am Kabuto only..It is all I need to be. Kabuto runs in toward both his foes. Yotoishi's clone runs at Kabuto and forms a staff made of earth.
Kabuto: How do I stop this bushin? I don't believe that a simple strike will slow it down... He slides under the clones body by use of his knees and strikes her back with his sickle. He removes an odd covering over her back. Kabuto in thought, (A SEAL?!) Yotoishi manages to get behind Kabuto during his distraction and kicks him into a tree trunk. She seeds dozens of hand blades at Kabuto who back flips up the tree. Kabuto looks around to find the clone preparing for an attack. Yotoishi comes in toward Kabuto once more to finish him off with a strike to the heart with her sword tip. Kabuto grabs Yotoishi quickly as she is bombarded with attacks by her clone. Yotoishi is slammed by her own onslaught into the ground. Kabuto grabs one of her blades and turns her over. He notices her clone vanish. As he goes in to end her life he stops....Beautiful red hair is seen flowing from the mask of the anbu. Kabuto removes her broken mask to reveal a dashing woman. Kabuto tears up as he eyes her. Yotoishi: Tears of failure roll down her cheek. Finish me off now! I have failed... (As she yells)

Kabuto raises his blade above her heart. As he comes down to again attempt to end her life he stops once more.....Kabuto: For some reason I just can't. I can't kill you. My gut tells me to stop...but my hands want to feel your blood run my wrists. He cowers in guilt over his decision. Suddenly a pair of feet land next to his sulking body. Voice: Mmmmmm Kabuto it seems you caught a rare specimen for my research. Kabuto looks up to spot his master Orochimaru. (Grinning) (now bending down grabbing her by the throat.) Orochimaru: Woman..you will not die...at least not until I am done tinkering with you as he grabs his left eye and hypnotizes her. Orochimaru: Kabuto, do not think that you have left me down. I understand why you could not. For even I am not a monster who can't see that your mothers death still haunts you. Let me put you at ease my young apprentice. Come with me, let me show you how much you can help me fulfill our dream.
Kabuto quickly raises his head capturing the full attention of his master. Kabuto: Let us go then.....

Part IV The Rising Snake

The Great White Snake


Kabuto is seen working diligently in his laboratory. He crushes up some bones and pours in a mixture using his mortar and pestle. A colored hue is seen rising from the concoction. Suddenly a large thud is heard on the outside hideout door. A ravage beast is found by Kabuto. As the beast goes beszerk, Kabuto forms dual chakra sickles. Kabuto: I am unsure just how you found our hideout but you won't be passing this information along. Orochimaru: Kabuto!!! DO NOT KILL HIM! I sense a energy unlike anything we have faced. It's dark and melancholy almost to the touch. Kabuto: Why is he raging like this? If we don't tame him he could cause some serious damage to my research. Orochimaru: Well then shall we put this dog in his cage! Orochimaru turns his attention toward his fearsome foe whose body is covered in dark talons and tremendously mutated. Orochimaru: The more upset it seems you get the more powerful you become. What a hulkish beast! Orochimaru summons a huge snake mouth that swallows up the predator whole. Just when the gargantuan throat clears it's meal a terrifying rip is heard. Kabuto: He ripped through THAT anaconda with ease??? That is Lord Orochimaru's second pet... What exactly is this monster???

Orochimaru: ENOUGH! Landing behind the psychotic creature Orochimaru forms many snakes from his finger tips and stabs all ten of them down deep in the torso of the beast. As the snakes enlarge due to the chakra absorption technique used by the sannin the untamed beast falls unconscious. Orochimaru: Kabuto look how even at this weak stage he seems to be crawling toward our door. Could it be that we have a prisoner of his own free will?

Beast: Please! Don't turn me away....as he completely collapses on the rock floor. Orochimaru: Prep the lab immediately KABUTO!!! I feel a rich energy coming from him! Something so potent we may be able to pinpoint it's power. The way his chakra flucuates..it is amazing..The only thing I have seen like this are jinks. Just as a Jinchuuriki receives its power from the bijuu they are almost at impossible odds of controlling that immense power. Also they rage just as so when up against unknown foes. After a certain point without true harmony with the beast they can even take over the purest consciousness. Overtaking the individual psyche and making their jink their puppet. There is something very striking about this boy!!!!!!!!! Kabuto: My lord did you notice his transformation? Almost like he calls upon this power! I have never seen such in a clan. It could be a Kekkei genkai but just maybe his chakra pool is special to him only. Orochimaru: Whatever the case we will have some interesting studies for the rest of the day. Let us proceed!

Time passes....(4 years)*
Orochimaru: This Uzumaki has shown promising results. Abilities that differs from her elder clansman. (referring to Yotoishi who they captured and researched relentlessly until death)

Kabuto: With Karin's dna we can fuse it with Juugo's and make a perfect shinobi. One whose chakra pool is fueled by anger and rage but also the ability to sustain heavy wounds and heal them rapidly enough to continue fighting. Now that we are able to duplicate Juugo's process we should consider new test subjects. For even your Anko was a failure. Orochimaru: She survived the seal but she has shown poor skill in managing the power and the toll it takes. Poor ant, if only....then she would of been my next body! (as he stares down a hand in a jar) Kabuto: With the work that, THAT organization is completing we need a serious power up for our armies. Orochimaru: Speaking of that Kabuto I need for you to meet with Sasori. He has some interesting details about Suna that I am very curious about. Kabuto: I will need you to place a mind stamp on me just in case he questions or tests my loyalty. We can not have him finding out about me just yet. Orochimaru: You could just spoil it all Kabuto and try to stop me!....(Kabuto turns to eye his master) Kabuto: I am loyal to you my Lord. I would never double cross you for the sake of Sasori. I should not have to prove this to you Lord Orochimaru.

Scene switches*

Panel shows Karin, Juugo and Suigestu locked up in their rooms. Juugo: Kimimaro please don't leave if they ask you to. It's too dangerous for you to use that jutsu. Kimimaro: Juugo, this power is a gift from you my friend. It fuels my appreciation for Lord Orochimaru. With this at my fingertips I will shape the world in his image. Kimimaro stands bold and tall as he comforts the worried Juugo.

Scene Switches*

Orochimaru: Kabuto your notes were double checked correct? Kabuto: Yes I had to confirm the results..with this it proves a higher connection close to that of the Sage.
Orochimaru: Our powers have a similar origin. Mine come from a white snake sample and years of research. Juugo's clan derives from that of the White Snake Sage itself. I must locate this Sage myself and master everything I can. Kabuto: We could confront Manda about the location. Orochimaru: I would have to come up with an entire Village worth of offerings to submit to that stubborn tool. It isn't worth the headache to deal with Manda. I must devise a way to track the chakra back to it's source.

Months pass*

Kabuto's glasses are seen gleaming in the dark light in his laboratory. Kabuto: Finally I have done it! With this elixer, when it bonds with his dna he should be able to at least track the natural energy back to the White Sage. I must give this my Lord immediately. Orochimaru is shown training with Kimimaro and Juugo. Kabuto suddenly lands next to his heinous master. Kabuto: It is complete... We can now move forward with your next stage.

Scene switches some weeks later. Orochimaru is facing the Great White Snake....
Sage Snake: To be able to sense my power from afar just who are you human?? Orochimaru: I am Orochimaru..The Snake Sannin of Konoah. I come here to master your gifts great Sage and pass along my knowledge only to the worthy. If I prove even myself worthy I would hope you would pour your soul into teaching me the fine arts of Hermit Jutsu. Oro now bowing down in respect to the Snake.

White Snake: So be it, no human has ever dared to come this far into the world. If you exist to study and master all known jutsu you will need to aid of the Great White Sage as he slithers his tongue and pulls deeply on his smoking pipe.

Orochimaru smiles viciously......

Scene switches*

Orochimaru: We do not need to aid in that organization any longer. I grew bored of their games and outlandish schemes. (with a thrilled sadistic look) THAT DAMN ITACHI!!!!!!! I MUST HAVE HIM! HIS POWER IS SO DARK AND POTENT! Orochimaru falls back into his chair. Kabuto: Master please calm yourself, soon we will have a living body that suits your tastes. Leave it to me I have a plan and idea regarding just that. Orochimaru appeals to Kabuto's idea by nodding his head and granting Kabuto permission.

5 years pass*

Kabuto: He is alive! He is still ripe and innocent. Orochimaru (in thought)You thought you were slick Itachi but nothing can hide from me! Orochimaru: Kabuto, I will go out and test these flies myself. I want you to enter the Chuunin exams and take note of their abilities. The game has finally started and still.....I'm so anxious! Panel pulls in close to Orochimaru's face it is dark with desire.


A week later*

Hurizen Lord Hokage is revealing the plan for the Chunnin exam. Kabuto looks on at the contestants that sit forth. Kabuto (in thought) Soon you will fuel the most powerful man in the Shinobi world and help mold his dream over the horizon. As soon as we possess you...SASUKE UCHIHA!

Naruto : Approaching chaos.


The panel shows Sasuke and Naruto from where the last chapter left them. Zero is luing on the ground.

Naruto slowly gets up, being obviously shaked by the events. He looks confused around, not being able to recall anything that happend to him in the latest hours. Sasuke looks at him and smiles.
Naruto with a surprised voice: Sasuke?!? What happend?!?
Sasuke: You don't remember?*
Naruto: No...this day it's blurry to me...the last thing i remember is Raiden coming to pay me a visit.
Sasuke: He placed you under a mind control jutsu. He sent you after us.
Naruto shocked: Did...anyone...
Sasuke: No. They flew. Shisui took Hinata away from here, but Zero stayed behind. He managed to restrict your powers for a while, so i could break Raiden's controling jutsu.
Sasuke thinking: I just lied to him...but why did i do it? It felt so natural...
Naruto: Interesting. So Raiden managed to get his grip on me. But the fact that you dispelled the jutsu, means that Raiden will attack us.
Sasuke: He will attack us, soon.*
Naruto: Indeed...it seems that we are going to another war!
Suddenly two people land near them. The scene shows Shisui and Hinata. Hinata's face is a mixture between shocked,surprised, happy, angered and anxious. She walks towards Naruto.
Naruto smiles: Hinata...
She remains silent, stops in front of him and punches him right in the stomach.
Hinata: You...
Naruto as he holds his stomach: Wait a moment! What was that for?!?
Hinata: For leaving me behind!*
Naruto: Hinata...it was for your own sake...
Hinata: My own sake?*
Naruto: I didn't want to drag you into my problems. It was my decision to sacrifice myself to Raiden. As a Hokage i had to save Konoha, and as a shinobi i had to protect everyone from the threat that Raiden posed to the ninja world.
Hinata: I understand...but as a husband?*
Naruto: I got to understand that my sacrifice wasn't my life! It was giving up on you!*
Hinata remains silent at hearing his conffession.
Sasuke: As much as i love to see Naruto smashed by Hinata, we must hurry. We must return to Konoha as fast as possible as prepare! I suspect a plot against Konohamaru!
Naruto: I remember fractions of what i've saw during Raiden's control. But i'm sure of something...Yama Dharma betrayed the Celest City.
Sasuke: Itachi suspected the same thing. He is on his way back to Konoha...i must warn him.
Shisui: How could you do it?
Sasuke smiles: It's an ability of the Mangekyou. Two users can comunicate between eachother, if they have a strong bond.
Sasuke makes a couple of handsigns: Spiralling Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan! Mind charge!
The panel shows Sasuke picturing Itachi in his mind.*
Itachi's voice is heard inside Sasuke's head: What happend, Sasuke?
Sasuke: Where are you, brother?
Itachi: On our way back to Konoha. We almost reached Konoha's gates.
Sasuke: Itachi i have news! Important news! Keep an eye opened for Yama! He is a traitor!
Itachi: Sasuke...are you sure? We are talking about the Yama who aided us in the wars against Raiden?
Sasuke: The only one. He is a double agent.
Itachi: Got it. I will take care of everything if i see him!

The scene shows Yama entering Konohamaru's office.

Yama: Well, Konohamaru? How did it go?
Konohamaru: I don't know yet. I'm waiting for Itachi's team to return.
Yama: Who did you sent?
Konohamaru: Itachi, Minato, Kakashi and Udon. They should be able to defeat any resistence. I'm sure that they will return with the artefact.
Suddenly the door from Konohamaru's office opens slowly.
Konohamaru: Who is it?
Udon enters the room with his eye patch taked off. The panel shows his Sharingan.
Konohamaru: Udon! You're back! Where are the others?
Udon: They didn't make it...they are all dead.*
Konohamaru gets up right away.
Konohamaru shouts: What do you mean that they are all dead?!?
Udon: We got attacked by some Strange being...
Yama makes a step forward: What kind of being?
Udon: I cannot describe it...but i can show you...
Yama: Show me?!?
Udon: I can use the Sharingan to show you exactly what i have seen. Maybe you know what this is about Yama...
Yama: Show me!
Udon looks straight into Yama's eyes.
Udon: Sharingan!
Suddenly from the windows three people breaks in. Kakashi puts down Yama instantly, Minato places a seal on his forehead and Itachi surrounds him with Amaterasu flames. Udon backs off instantly. Yama breaks the short genjutsu casted on him by Udon.
Yama: What's the meaning of this?!?
Konohamaru: Itachi! I thought...What are you doing?!?
Itachi: Stay behind Konohamaru. He is a traitor to us and to the Celest City. Our death was just a lie in order to catch him off guard.*
Konohamaru: Traitor?!? No he is not! He helped us!
Yama lying: Konohamaru! Quickly! They are controled by that creature! They are not your shinobis! They are fakes!
Konohamaru instantly analyzez the situation and takes the worst decision. He makes a step towards Yama!
Yama: Trust me!
Konohamaru smiles: I do...
He spins and kicks Itachi right in the chest throwing him through a wall outside the building. Instantly he appears above Minato and tries to slash him with an electrical charged kunai, but the former Hokage manages to deflect the blow. Konoha,aru spins in the air and attemps a kick, but Minato barely blocks it with his two hands. Konohamaru uses the momentum to make a couple of handsigns.
Konohamaru: Earth releaee! Earth pillar!
A pillar emerges from the ground hitting Minato in the sole unprotected spot, his stomach. The man gets thrown through the window in the street next to Itachi who just regained his posture.
Itachi: Dammit...Naruto trained him well...he has quite a kick...
Minato: He is the Hokage afterall...this won't be easy...
Suddenly Kakashi and Udon lands near them.
Udon: Yama is still under your seal restriction, Minato. It means that we won't have to fight both of them, just Konohamaru.
Kakashi: And what's the bright side here? He is more powerful than us.*
Itachi: Individually..he is. But combined we might hold him back enough.
Kakashi: Enough for what?
Itachi: Enough for Sasuke to arrive.
He barely finishes speaking, and Konohamaru lands in front of them. The four of them take battle positions.
Konohamaru: You have made me very angry...trying to turn me against my allied. You will pay.

Udon: Konohamaru hear us! Yama is a traitor! He tricked us all this time!
Konohamaru: I don't belive you. You have no evidence against him. I will end your lives right now,fakes!
Konohamaru dashes towards them. Itachi makes a couple of handsigns and rises a thick earth wall in front of them, trying to keep Konohamaru away. But the boy destroyes the wall with a Rasengan and lands in the middle of them. He places one hand on the ground and spins with his legs pointed at Kakashi and Udon. Udon dodges and Kakashi catches one of the legs. Konohamaru uses Kakashi's grip as a ledge and jumps above the jounin making handsigns.
Konohamaru: Water Style! Tearing torrent! Lightning style! Electrical surge!
A giant electric wave emerges from the ground and hits Kakashi.*
Minato throws several kunais at him, but Konohamaru dodges all. At the same moment Minato flashes, using the FTG, appears behind Konohamaru and tries to restrain him. But the boy simply makes a handsigns.
Konohamaru: Lightning release! Body stream!
Konohamaru streams electricity out of his body to keep Minato away. The former Hokage smiles and vanishes, appearing several meters away.
Minato: Your reaction it's pretty good.
Konohamaru: You seem to posses Minato's ability. It means you will be really fast at dodging my attacks. My base form isn't enough to keep up with Minato's speed...so...
Suddenly Konohamaru gets in Sage Mode.
Minato thinking: He already planted a shadow clone in order to get into Sage Mode. He is like a second Naruto but with a killer instinct like Sasuke.
Konohamaru also envelops himself into Raiton chakra armor.
Konohamaru: Now...let's see how fast you're actually...
Konohamaru vanishes immensly fast, leaving even afterimages.
His speed it's at a whole other level than Minato's. He strikes the former Hokage in the chest with a powerful lightning punch, even before Minato even had enough time to react. He goes for another punch,that would surely kill Minato, when he suddenly stops. In front of him Itachi summoned the Susano'o to protect Minato and himself. Next to him is Udon.
Itachi: Konohamaru don't be hasty. Try to see the truth!
Konohamaru: The truth it's clear to me. Do you think that your Susano'o can hold against me?
Itachi: Don't get cocky. My Susano'o hasn't been defeated so far.
Konohamaru as he gathers his chakra and makes handsigns: Everything has a start...Sage Art! Lightning cataclismic punch!
He releases from his punch a powerful lightning beam that hits at full force Itachi's Susano'o, making a giant blow. As the smoke clears the panel shows Itachi wounded. His Susano'o breaked. *Udon is holding Minato and Kakashi.
Itachi: You're indeed...the former disciple...of Sasuke...
Suddenly Yama comes out of the building.
Yama: You got them! Good job! Let's elliminate this fakes!
Konohamaru: Aye...
He prepares another lightning punch.
Itachi as he falls to one knee: Dammit...i don't have the chakras to take another one...and Minato and Kakashi are out already...
Konohamaru releases another powerful lightning cataclism punch at the four men. The attack hits at full force causing a giant blast.
Unknown voice: I thought that i teached you better than attacking your own friends, Konohamaru...
Konohamaru looks shocked at the man who speaked. The man stoped Konohamaru's attack with his bare hand. The panel reveals Uchiha Sasuke protecting the four men from Konohamaru's attack.
Konohamaru: Sasuke...sensei...
Sasuke: Do you think that a fake would have the power to stop that attack? Get real boy!
You're the Hokage! You cannot make mistakes likes that!
Yama: Sasuke?!? He is a fake too, Konohamaru!
Sasuke smiles: Yama...if i am a fake...why don't you come here to eliminate me, personally?
Unknown voice: He is mine, Sasuke! Step aside...
Sasuke: As you wish...
Naruto steps in facing Yama.
Yama shocked: Na..Naruto!?!
Konohamaru: Naruto!!!
Minato, Itachi, Udon and Kakashi all shout his name, being extremly shocked at his appearence.
Naruto: Yeah, i'm back. And you...Yama...will pay. You betrayed us.*
Yama laughs like nobody saw him before.
Yama: Uzumaki Naruto...you will die soon.
Naruto: I should have died so many times again that i'm actually looking forward to that moment!
Yama: Then...you will met your end when we will fit...
He makes a sign and vanishes from sight.
Sasuke: I cannot belive that Yama betrayed us...He deceived us all this time...
Naruto: Indeed...i don't know what to belive anymore...

The scene shows Sasuke and Naruto inside a big council room. Around them are Kakashi,Minato, Itachi,Jiraya, The Third, Konohamaru, Tsunade, Shikaku, Shisui, Hinata and Zero.

Tsunade: So...i think that we need some explanations here...from you Naruto and from you Sasuke. What happend, how is it that Yama is now our enemy and most important...how are you alive, Naruto?

Naruto: Well, let me start with the beginning. When we fought Raiden, i didn't killed him. I lacked the power to do it. I don't think that there is anyone who could kill him at this point. But he needed me in order to achieve the status of the Creator. How i was supposed to aid him, i don't know. So, i've made a bargain with him. In exchange for all your lives, i would go to the Celest City and became it's guardian, and with Vishnu's death, Raiden's servant.
Sasuke: And this is where i come in. Naruto told me about his plan, so i went searching for the three treasures, according to some clues that Vishnu left behind for me. We found soon enough the three treasures. But, eventually Raiden found out. After a brief confrontation, he left.*
Naruto: And attacked me back in the Celest City. He managed to place a control jutsu on me, and sent me after Sasuke.*
Jiraya: And, what happend? How did you stop him, Sasuke?
Sasuke looks at Zero.
Sasuke: Zero managed to restrain Naruto's powers and i just unsealed Raiden's jutsu. But Naruto still managed to land a punch on Zero and knocked him out.*
Zero: That's why i cannot remember anything.
Sasuke: It could be.
Itachi notices Sasuke's face, and understands that his brother is hidding something.
The Third: And that brings us here. So, the war with Raiden...it will never end, it seems.
Minato: It seems so. His plan, it's so vast, so complex...that we might fail to see the entire picture.
Naruto: Plus that i don't know why he wanted me.
Sasuke: Maybe he wants your Rinnegan, or Kurama.
Naruto: No...he had the opportunity to seize both of them. It's something else...
Shikaku: It's also strange that he left you alone, after Sasuke freed you.*
Kakashi: I fear that we might have fallen under what he wanted from the beginning. To isolate Naruto, to determine Sasuke to seek the three treasures and aquire them and probably to steal them.
Naruto: He knew the treasures location, before me. He would have gone to take them himself. What is he after? Dammit! It bugs me that i cannot figure it out.
Hinata: Hey guys...do you remember when Quintrix kidnapped me?
Sasuke: Sure. What is it with that?
Hinata: He said that Raiden wants my Byakugan.
Sasuke: But he could have took it when he attacked us. It doesn't fits...
Kakashi: It's odd indeed...but it seems that we cannot figure this out until we have more intel.
Itachi: So right now...we have no gods on our side, and we have to battle Raiden all alone. Vishnu was a great asset to us.
Sasuke: He was, brother. And he still is. But we cannot rely on the gods to deal with this, because with Vishnu dead, they have nobody near Raiden's level. We are the only hope.
Minato: What about Quintrix and Krishna? What happend to them?
Naruto: Krishna is currently preparing the Celest City for the war with Raiden. He probably awaits for my return. And Quintrix...i don't know what happend to him...nobody saw him again after the Konoha fight...but i have a feeling that Raiden is keeping him locked.
Sasuke: Or maybe he killed him...
Hiruzen: Anyway...let's see the treasures Sasuke.
Sasuke reveals the Yata mirror, the Magatama jewel and the Totsuka sword. The group closes in the objects to see them better. Suddenly, something strange happens. A thin beam of white energy emerges from Naruto's chest and hits the Magatama jewel. At the same moment a thin beam of blue energy comes out of Hinata's chest and hits the Yata Mirror. Instantly another beam emerges, this time from Sasuke's chest, a dark energy beam, and hits the Totsuka sword. The process takes a couple of seconds, then the three, falls down on the ground. The group immediatly gathers around them. Hinata stil, has some senses, and sees Tsunade over her trying to wake her up. Then, the world lost it's light for her.

The scene shows Raiden sitting on his throne. The invisible guards bring a chained, injured Quintrix. The god wears only his pants.The guard drops the man on the floor. Quintrix is visibly shaken, and sports large bruises and cuts on his body. It's clear that he suffered a long torture.

Raiden: Well, well, well...Quintrix. How do you feel today?
Quintrix spits some blood: Fuck you Raiden! You might as well kill me! I will never serve you!
Raiden: It occured my mind that i should end your misery. Too bad, that after the fight in Konoha, i was the one who got the hand on you. Nobody knows where you are...nobody suspects what it's happening to you...nobody Quintrix. Everyone has left you. Naruto is under my control, Sasuke cannot defeat me and Vishnu is dead. All your hopes are gone. You have no choice than to serve me. Otherwise i will torture you forever. Until the flesh rottens on your bones, and your soul begs for release from it's blood prison.
Quintrix smiles: Then, go for it, Raiden. I'm not afriad of you. One of this days, Yama or Krishna will take me out. And be prepared then. Because you will endure the same suffering that you have put me through!
Raiden smiles too: Yama? Do you think that Yama will save you?
Suddenly a man enters the room. A man dressed in red.
Quintrix turns around and spots Yama Dharma.
Raiden: Welcome back, Yama...
Quintrix whispering: Yama...what are you doing...?
Yama remains silent and goes closer to Quintrix. The man looks at the Death god with hope in his eyes. In an instant Yama hits Quintrix right in the stomach throwing him several meters away.
Quintrix coughs a lot of blood and looks confused at Yama.
Raiden: You just said that Yama would save you? Think again, my dear Quintrix. Do you really belive that you're the only one who was a double agent?*
Quintrix shocked: Yama?!? Since when?!?
Yama: Since the very beginning.
Raiden: He was the perfect spy. When i sent everyone after him, it ruled him out from being under the suspects. And i allowed him to grow as a god. Vishnu was tricked by him until the very end. Everyone was tricked by him.
Quintrix: But...why?!?
Yama: You're asking me why? It's simple, Quintrix. I'm the God of Death. I'm an arrogant and selfish god. Just like all the other gods. It means that i want power. And how do i achieve power? Through deaths. What brings enough deaths to allow me to gain power quickly?
Quintrix: A war...
Yama: Exactly. At the start of our conflict with the humans i was weak. Now, after a war, my powers are above the powers that the Trimurti once held. With every death that occured in the world my power grew. Even when Sasuke and Naruto decimated Nirriti's army. *Not even Naruto could compete with me. Only Raiden-sama here, has more power than me. So...they have lost, Quintrix. Your only choice it's to join us.*
Quintrix starts laughing.
Yama: Have you gone insane or what?
Quintrix: You just said that your power it's above Naruto's power. It may be true. But there is still someone there who can kill you.
Yama: Who?
Quintrix with a menacing demeneour: The God Slayer...
Raiden: Sasuke? Sasue is weaker than Naruto.
Quintrix: In his base form. You see Raiden...when you gave him those eyes...you created a link between you and him. A connection that cannot be breaked. That kid aquires more and more power with every day. He went from being at the peak of the human level to a Trimurti level. I bet that your plan it's very complex and well made, Raiden. But even your plan has flaws. And Sasuke is one of it's flaws!
Raiden: You don't know what you're talking about.
Quintrix: Mark my words Raiden...you will die by Sasuke's hand. You tried before to eliminate the boy and you failed. You are afraid of his potential. Naruto has already reached a part of his potential. He will develop even more in the upcoming war. But he won't be your enemy. He represent the light and you represent the darkness. But Sasuke is caught between the light and the darkness. And that's why he will find a way to kill you!
Raiden looks at him and smiles.
Raiden: Nobody can kill me, Quintrix. Understand that. Anyway...if you don't want to join me...i think that i know a way to make you. Yama...
Yama: Got it.
Yama goes close to Quintrix and grabs him by his neck and raises him from the ground. Yama's eyes turns red.
Yama: Look into my eyes Quintrix!
Quintrix smiles and moves his eyes away from Yama's.
Quintrix: Fuck you Yama! I know everything about your eye killing technique! You won't get me!
Yama: This might have been a problem before...but now it's not anymore...
Yama makes a sign and red energies start going out of his body. The energies envelop Quintrix's body. Soon the god starts screaming in pain.
Yama: That's right...scream...scream out your torture...
Raiden: What are you doing?
Yama: I'm breaking his mind. You tortured his body. But i torture his mind. I've extended the Death Eyes outside my body. I can cast the attack with my body now, nor only with my eyes. Right now, he is in a great torture.
Suddenly Yama drops Quintrix on the ground.
Yama: Do you want more, Quintrix? Did you have enough?
Quintrix coughing blood and sweating heavily: Yes...no more...please...please...i will do as you say...
Raiden gets a big smile on his face.
Raiden: Finally...You're mine!

The scene it's switched. It shows a giant japanese style room filled with Uchihas. In the middle are spotted Shisui, Fugaku and Itachi Uchiha.*

Shisui: Fugaku-sama...how is Sasuke?
Fugaku: Still in the hospital, out of his senses...nobody knows what happend with them...i'm very worried...
Itachi intrerupts them, by taking the word.
Itachi: Once again, we must prepare for war! We must aid Naruto against Raiden, so we can achieve peace! The Uchiha clan, as the most powerful clan in Konoha must prove it's valor on the battlefield! We will strike like never before!
Fugaku: You have spoken honest son. And i agree with you as your father and as the Head of the clan!
Suddenly a man steps forward. He is tall, sports short dark hair and a superior atitude.*
Shisui looks at him with disgust.*
Fugaku: Uchiha Yuu...Do you have somerhing to say?
Yuu: I do, indeed. Some of us, aren't to happy about this war. It will just bring more casaulties to our clan. I think that fighting in this war won't benefit us. It's not profitable for the Uchiha clan.*
Itachi : We do not seek profits, Yuu...we must protect Konoha from any threat.*
Yuu: I'm sorry Itachi...but we cannot do it. You and your brother the only ones in the clan that owns a Mangekyou. We have regular Sharingans. We cannot keep up. But if you or your brother( he mentions Sasuke with a lot of disgust) would show us how to achieve a Mangekyou...
Itachi: So actually you're seeking the power. You don't care about the Uchihas. You are just another power thristy Uchiha.
Yuu activates his Sharingan and looks at Itachi menacing.
Yuu: Measure your words...young Uchiha. I'm not the one that you could mock so easily.
Itachi also activates his Mangekyou: Then, Yuu...why don't you make me take back those words?
Suddenly near Itachi lands Shisui.
Shisui: Let him go, Itachi. He is just a lunatic. Don't waste your powers on such a lowlife.
Yuu smiles: And here is the puppet of the clan. How is it, Shisui? To live under Sasuke and Itachi's shadow...a man of your valor...you haven't ecen been able to activate your Mangekyou.
Shisui: Yuu...if you don't calm down...i will do it for you. Be careful.
Fugaku: Enough of this. We should be united. Not divised.
Yuu: Oh, the Head has spoken. You lack the courage old man to do what it takes! *You just follow what Itachi says. It's been a long time since we have been under the Uzumaki's dominion! We must conquer the Hokage throne! We must have an Uchiha capable to place fear into our enemies! We need a strong and powerful man! Sasuke is nit fit for the position! He has been under Uzumaki's influence for a long time. He has gone soft! Itachi is not fit either! He is weak and he complies to what the others want! A coward!We need someone adamant enough to control Konoha!
Itachi makes a step forward towards Yuu, but Shisui stops him.
Shisui: Let me do it.
Fugaku turns around disappointed in Yuu's behaviour.
Shisui: And that should be you? Right, Uchiha Yuu?
Yuu: Of course! I haven't been influenced by the Uzumaki like that brat, Sasuke!
Shisui: Yuu...you have disrespected Itachi...you have disrespected Sasuke...our Head of the clan...the Uchiha pride, and our loyalty to Konoha. You have to be punished.
Yuu laughs: By who? By you, Shisui? You don't have such power! You don't have the Mangekyou!
Shisui smiles.
Shisui instantly makes a couple of handsigns and throws a giant fireball at Yuu. The latter summons a water wall to protect him, jumps and lands in front of Shisui.
Yuu: You will die! Sharingan!
Shisui: I think that it's time to show you...Yuu...the power of an Uchiha!
Shisui: MANGEKYOU SHARINGAN!!!
Shisui's eye shifts immediatly from the regular Sharingan to his Mangekyou Sharingan.*
Itachi shocked thinking: Shisui...he had the Mangekyou?!? I knew that he aquired it in the previous dimension...but in this one too?
Yuu shocked makes a step back.
Shisui: That's right Yuu...i have the Mangekyou. And trust me...it wasn't easy to gain. I had to endure a lot to have it. So now...
Suddenly he lands just in front of Yuu. He even left an afterimage behind him.

The panel shows that the afterimage it's actually the one in front of Yuu. The Uchiha looks at the afterimage as it vanishes and in the next second blood comes out of his chest. He falls down on the ground. Dead.
Shisui: That happens to those that disrespect our fellow kinsmen. Everyone is entitled to an opinion. But we can do this the civilizated way, we don't have to disrespect one of our most proeminent memebers. I have been gone with Sasuke for the couple months. I have been on a mission with him. Even though he is younger than me, he was our team leader. And the power it's not the only thing about him. He is a good leader, a good friend and he is willing to sacrifice his life for his friends and comrades. He is an example to us all. So i won't allow any scumbag to disrespect him! He did a lot for Konoha and for the Uchiha clan! We must be proud of him, not desconsider him! And that goes for Itachi as well!*
So..if someone else thinks differently about our involvement in the upcoming war, please express your opinions the civilizated way. We will listen to any idea and we will act as the majority wants! The scene it's switched. It shows Naruto, Sasuke and Hinata in hospital beds. Sakura is in the room.

Slowly Hinata Hyuuga opens her eyes. She sees the light above her, coming from the lamp. She turns her head and spots Sakura.

Suddenly another man lands near him. A man dressed all in black with the Uchiha crest on his back. The man has a sword at his back and the Konoha plate pinned at his shoulder.
Sasuke: I have finally found you.
Raiden: Who are you? You seem familiar...like some that i used to know.
Sasuke: It doesn't matter who am I. Tell me your story.
Raiden: Why should i tell you my story?
Sasuke: Because tou have nothing else to do.
Raiden: I could ignore you.
Sasuke: Or you could unburden your soul.
Raiden: It would be nice if i could tell it actually.
Sasuke smiles: Then go for it, Raiden...
Raiden: At first...i want to ask you something...do you know how it feels to lose yourself? To feel that you just a half of what you should actually be? To feel that you lost something that defined you and that you could never regain it? That's how i feel. That's how I feel...since...a long time..ago. Once i used to have everything...because i was everything. You see...it was like..I had double personality. That i was bipolar. It was me...the part that represented the human traits such as greed, envy, gelousy and rage, and my brother that stand for tranquility, love, and generosity. We were a complete being...some cultures called us the "First". Soon, we used our energies to create other beings. Less powerful than us, but someone that would enjoy our company. Sasuke surprised: How do you know my name?
Raiden: I'm aware of who you are. It seems that you have a connection with my alter ego. I'm the original Raiden...i gave birth to him...and it seems that he failed...so there is no reason for me to live anymore. Do it, Sasuke! End my misery!
Sasuke: I'm sorry that it has to end this way, Raiden...i'm sorry that everything happend like this...i wish that there was something that i could do...but i'm afriad that there is nothing else for you anymore in this world.
Sasuke slowly takes out his sword and stream electricity through it.
Raiden smiles: There was never...anything for me, Sasuke. Just a vain hope...everything...was for nothing!
Hinata's dream ends with a scene showing Sasuke from behind, as he makes a large swing and Raiden's head falls on the ground.

She wakes up sweating heavily and looks around her. It's night ouside. She sees that Sasuke waked up as well. Naruto is still asleep.
Sasuke looks at her with determination on his face.
Hinata: Sasuke! Did you...?!
Sasuke: Yeah...i dreamed the same thing too. I saw you witnessing everything.*
Hinata: What happend?!? How it's possible that we shared a dream?!?
Sasuke: I don't know...yet...but...promise me something.
Hinata: I know Sasuke. I won't tell Naruto!

The panel shows Naruto waking up. He is surrounded by people. He sees Sasuke and Hinata that already have waked up.

Naruto: What happend...?
Sasuke: I don't know...once that we revealed the treasures..i don't know what happend...
Tsunade: The three of you, started releasing beams into the objects from your chests. The next moment you fell on the ground. I didn't figure it out yet...but it's a matter of time.
Naruto: Another mystery...dammit...i hate not knowing what's happening!
Konohamaru: Naruto...
Naruto: What happend, kiddo?

Neji: We must do sacrificies in order to avoid war! We don't want to end up killed!
Hiashi: What kind of sacrifices? We cannot bring down Sasuke without fighting the whole Uchiha clan. We would cause a civil war in Konoha.
Neji with determination and hatred on his face: Then...let it be a civil war! This way only the Uchihas will die! Not everyone! If we kill Naruto and Sasuke, this Raiden guy will leave us alone! We must do it! We don't need to live in the Uchiha's shadow anymore! We must prove that we are the most powerful clan! Are you with me?
All the Hyuuga yells their support at Neji's proposal. He has a satisfied look on his face, as he is preparing the clan for the first civil war in Konoha!
But, a panel shows someone attending their meeting. In the shadows, a man dressed in red is seen smiling.

The panel shows a giant red beam coming from the sky hitting the ground. A man appears from the impact. A man dressed in white that has several scars on his face. He is standing on a hill and looks at a distant Konoha.

Short- bio.

After becaming Hokage, Naruto had to learn how to be a leader fo Konoha. He had to take tough decisions. He promoted the evolution of the next generation, passing the will of fire to Konohamaru Sarutobi. But soon he found himself into severe problems. By learning that there are some beings called Beyonders, he found out that he trespassed the laws of time, and that there is a supreme being called The Creator. At first, the Beyonder's leader, Vishnu, was an enemy, but soon, they formed an alliance in order to defeat the real threat, Raiden: the incarnation of evil and the demonic side of the Creator. They found themselves into several battles with Raiden and his supporters. Naruto had to twist himself between his friendship with Uchiha Sasuke, his love for Hinata, the care for Konoha and the battles with Raiden. At a certain point, after Vishnu's death he had to sacrifice himself in order to save Konoha and the mankind from destruction. He became the new guardian of the Celest City, and thus Raiden's servant. He plans to overthrow the god and restablish the order and peace in the world. He represents all that is god, as several times he is portraited as a character opposed with Uchiha Sasuke. Former Hokage, current Guardian of time, Jinchuuriki, Sage and wielder of the Rinnegan. A walking legend. Currently in love with Hinata Hyuuga. He proposed to her.

Abilites.

As an Uzumaki Naruto has a large pool of stamina, chakra and vitality. He learned how to use the Sage Mode since a young age, and he mastered it quite fast. He is above Konohamaru in the usage of the Natural Energy. He is the jinchuuriki of Kurama with which, he is perfectly synced. That allows him to own a virtually unlimited source of chakra. The Rinnegan offers him access to divine powers. He mastered beyond Nagato's level, as he once proved that he is able to affect the Moon with Bansho Tein and Shinra Tensei. He still has to master the Rinnegan, as he didn't reached it's full potential. He started a short while ago his aprofundation of the Light release: an element made by the fusion of the five elements. Has yet to master.

Short-bio.

Sasuke...is a man at the very limit between darkness and light. His jutsus are part of evil, dark side but he uses them in noble purposes. He is one of the most powerful beings in Narutoverse. His wide array of jutsu, and field expertise, made him a valuable asset for Konoha. His knowledge of the inner workings of the ninja system, the Beyonder's world make him a dangerous opponent. He is seen in Konoha as one of it's mightiest protectors, and in the Celest City he earned the moniker " The God Slayer" . He killed many powerful Beyonders until now, and their number keeps on counting. His ties with Raiden made him one of the most close persons that ever lived to the devil's power. His attacks are based on the Demonic ways, a power that comes straight from Raiden's hatred. He is a genious, being able to manipulate the time branches at his will, and understands most of the concepts. He is wide recognized, and the Five Kages holds him in great respect and friendship. He is generally a good, caring man, but when in battle his atitude changes. A lot. He becames a ruthless assassin, driven by an extraordinary " killer instinct" . His loyalties for Konoha and for Naruto are absolute. He has no holding back in giving his life for the people that he loves. Sometimes he is seen as a character opposite to Naruto. Some even mistake him for being evil. Currently in love with Haruno Sakura. He propesed to her and she accepted.

Abilites.

Sasuke owns an unique Sharingan. The Spiralling Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. This form allows him to use the Demonic powers of the world. His high killer instinct allowed him to survive many battles. He has a huge array of jutsus, and he can use various elements. But his most powerful element attacks are based in lightning. He still has to master the Spiralling Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, as with each hard fight, he uncovers more of it!/ abilities.*

hey guys. thanks for the response. just wanted to let you guys know, i've got a lot of things coming up... and i'll be doing good to get out one chapter a week. i really do enjoy writing (for myself and for you guys). this isn't going to be a short fanfic. and like i said earlier, i'm doing my best not to leave plot holes. that is really hard, believe it or not. also, i have yet to expand on some directions, that you've caught on to where i'm heading. there is a reason why i haven't killed off killer bee yet (same reason why i brought the bijuu back, sorta).

but if i can get you guys more than 1 chapter a week, that's a bonus to you.

personally, not a big fan of the hyuuga turn, but i understand why you're doing it. curious to see which uchiha you kill off (begging for it not to be shisui). i love the hinata-naruto part about him giving up on her as a husband. great romance/drama stuff there. personally, would have been awesome if you could have expanded on that a bit further (maybe a flashback). look forward to something resembling that in my fanfic, but a bit further down the road.

also, love the databook. mine is not as detailed yet. dude, if you're going to do all of you main characters... whoa. that's all i gotsta say.

It's hard Jekyl to make more than a chapter per week. At least in my case, as you say i tend to make it big, and trust me: if you want the plot to work until the very end, you must check everything. I have moments, when i go back to the first story to check if i misplaced something.

The Hyuuga turn it's necessary for the main plot. Trust me, it will allow several stuff to happen. About the Uchihas, i cannot spoil anything, except the fact that the next chapter will bring the death. Also...who said that i was over with Naruto-Hinata part? I also want to show a lot more of Sasuke-Sakura. The nest chapter will be made on two different plans that are functioning at the same time: the difficulties in Naruto and Sasuke's personal lives, and the battles.
