i was going to say naruto and sasuke but since that was obvious im going to say Neji and Kakashi. Both are Jounin and both are great fighters.

Deidara for long range to mid range attacks and Sasuke for mid to close range attacks. Between them they offer almost all five elements to battle with, while deidara is more effective in open terrain, sasuke is more effective in inclosed terrain all of which allowing these two to be a very formidable team.

Or Nagato/Pain and Sasori = constant long to mid to short range pwn rape smear!
