He is saying that people who do not READ the chapters with remembering what happened before, are fails. That pic their is obvious that Kisame wasn't talked about the 5th Mizukage (The girl), but the 4th. KISAME WOULD NEVER CALL THAT GIRL MIZUKAGE BECAUSE HE HAS LEFT THE VILLAGE AND WASN'T THERE DURING HER TIME! He would call madara Mizukage because Madara was the 4th Mizu. Kisame was in Mist during the 4th rule. Hence why what he wrote is funny. Fail Noobs do not READ chapters.

But anyway, Tsunade is like 56 years old and crap, so she cant be his mother, unless Minato was into older chicks.

Second, we've already seen Naruto's mother, unless he has a lost relative and shit. You never know. Or he could just be a mistake that was from a hole in the condom.
