I could see someone jumping in and stopping Sasuke, but I think it would bring about a better story if he did attack and Danzou pulled out his SG.

They would stand face to face and after a few moments of stunned silence from Sasuke, then someone would jump in and "stop" him. Most likely he would regain his wits and retreat to contemplate his next move on the SG wielder.

Well, Sasuke sort of held Itachi off using his normal Sharingan, so now that he has MS, if he fought a fake like Danzo, I fail to see him surviving. I think Kabuto will hold off Sasuke, but I could be horribly wrong. I just want to see him return, he was a badass villain.

How much does the kages knew about the akatsuki members? Probably they all knew about kisame. I doubt anybody knew of Zetsu. And I'm guessing Danzou will not share his info on Madara. And Raikage will only have the name Sasuke.

Where does this Akatsuki hold their fort? Nobody knows, right?

So, the only link as objective is Sasuke. Raikage is gonna win the argument but orders will be given out as seek and capture, ALIVE. Danzou gonna have a big headache later on.

Since Akatsuki is after Jinchuriki, do you think Kishi will have Naruto to be use as bait? That would be awesome, aspecially if Naruto himself suggest this idea upon crashing the summit?

the only people that know all about the akatsuki are kakashi,yamato, nd naruto they all had the book nd looked over it... so currently Konoha is the only village that knows anything useful on akatsuki.

^ Not quite. Jiraiya was providing many nations with his intelligence on Akatsuki, leading up to his death against Pein. At the beginning of part ii, the Sand reported that they had received information on them. Add to the attacks taking the hosts from each nation, I think, I would say that there is potentially a lot of different information about Akatsuki known by all nations. What remains to be seen is how much each nation has and how useful it is. In the end though, only Kakashi and Naruto know or understand about Tobi/Mardara as the man behind the whole operation.

Sometimes my memory fails to diff between facts and past predictions. Anyways, the point is, not much is known except having sasuke as a link. I remember the book given by Kabuto, but wasn't that old news - not much help locating their current location, right? That's my basis that sasuke need to be taken down alive.

Either that or having Naruto as bait.

Hey, as long as it is a prediction, why not go all the way. How about the council adopting both method?

The thought of Danzou not getting his way is ALWAYS a happy thoughts to me.

Since Jiraiya died Konoha knows about the Akatsuki only, they're run ins have only been with Konoha. Konoha knows that Kazuku, Hidan, & Itachi has perished, they assume Deidara's been killed as well. They know about Kisame, and a little about Sasuke since he took out Oro, other than that they don't know or haven't spoken about Madara, Suigetsu, Juugo, Karin, or Zetsu.

Jiraiya may have gave some information to the Sand because they were allies of Konoha thats about it, he didn't talk to the lightening, or any of the other 3 nations.

Sai was told by Kakashi to "tell the Hokage about Madara". And it shows Danzo recieving a report from Sai in the chapter. My guess is that Sai told him about Madara, but not about Naruto leaving.

Seems like a talk centered chapter. Nothing unexpected here, apparently Madara is mentioned ( Tobi ).

Edit: We're going to get a few surprises on Aka and Kb, info wise.

Only 4 people have ever been able to fully control a Bijuu: Yondaime Mizukage,Madara ( no surprises there ), Shodai and KB. So if the translation is correct, Yugito didn't have full control over nibi.

Akatsuki was formed by advisors from many countries, the 5 shinobi villages tried to use them for their own agendas.
