Madara's Goal

With all this talk about the "Eye of the Moon" plan, I've been wondering; with all that Madara is doing now, I can't exactly tell what his goal is. What's his endgame? We know that he showed interest in destroying Konoha, but Pain has already turned the thing into a crater. It's been said a lot of times that he wants the tailed beasts to restore his Sharingan to it's "former glory", but there has to be more to it than that.

Please, post your ideas on what Madara's goal is, or whatever you think this "Eye of the Moon" plan is. Be civil about this and no flames please.

I honestly have no clue as to what the "eye of the moon" can mean. But i do see him trying to take over the world on some way, i mean what manga doesn't have someone trying to blow up/destroy or takeover the world.

In all seriousness i think it has to do with the tailed beasts(obviously) and in using them as a super weapon. But the Q there is how will he seal them? i thought that after pain died the sealing demon thing died to. I just hope that we see his damn face to.

Eye of the moon? Attacking the source of something. Perhaps the Iron country or the 5 kages who manage this ninja system.

WHat chapter did he say he needed the tailed beasts to restore his sharingan?? i can't remember.

I, at one point, wondered if the eye of the moon plan has something to do with the original Sage of the Six Paths. Maybe Madara found a way to use a life transfer Jutsu (like what Chiyo used) but it requires more chakra, so he's using the tailed beasts chakra to bring him back?

If I'd have to guess at Madara's goal, from what I'm seeing in the past few chapters it's to create chaos. I'm thinking that Madara is trying to play every one against each other, and begin huge wars. I think war is Madara's ultimate goal; I'll bet he wants to destabilize all of the five nations, and return the world to the state it was before the formation of the Hidden Villages. Every one of his actions has been to breed more strife and conflict; I'm starting to think that fighting is all he really cares about.

Eye of the Moon mostly looks like Eye of Horus to me, but I doubt that's it.

^Well, it has connection to Madara with a few facts. Like falcon. And we only saw Madara's right eye, his falcon eye. We haven't seen the other eye, which would be the moon eye, or mirror image eye. Maybe he wants to start Eye of the Moon plan because he thinks it's time for him to use/unseal the left eye.

Or I could be saying a bunch of shit. It could very well be a plan to kill the Kages, or a plan to free something Rikudou captured when he created the Moon. Or he wants Sasuke's eyes.

Kishimoto can pull whatever he wants.
