i thnk Gaara has most powerful eyes because anyone who see gaara is then being afraid, gaara has black rings around eyes because shoekaaku will kill gaara dead when gaara goes sleeping me do think gaara is then most powerful eyes because he can still fight and protect his village like kazacage should without sleep every day

rock lee powerful most eyes too! because he has springtime of youth and trains a lot even sleeping with guy-sensay rock lee even beat gaara who has powerful most eyes because he promised with nice guy pose because that is rock lee way of ninja

madora because of his MOST powerful eyes was strongest ninja in all land and was even stronger then first hocage who was very strong to. madora is strongest fighting man of two man fighting group and beat first hocage madora could even control tailed beats and maybe even some other ninjas who dont have powerful eyes

Im afraid to look at Kisame's eyes, but that doesnt mean he has powerful eyes.

Nwei, on topic. I think sharingan is still the most powerful type of eyes.

The first post really hurt me mentally, as the sentence structure and confused phrases put me under a deep genjutsu...

But on topic, perhaps the topic creator was referring to eyes that have a strong effect to them... And By the by, Rock Lee never defeated Garraa. He got his bones brokened into pieces.

Yeah, Kisame's eyes bother me as well.
