hopefully if this is true,samehada gets used as a real sword, instead of a f@ckin' shortstopper and chakra shaver. killerbee is a better swordsman than kisame imo,but his reliance on hachibi would be an indication that i'm hoping too much for samehada to be used as a sword. oh well, kB is haxxed much with this development.

So samehada rebels against kisame and goes for kb? Hmm I think I got some idea of how this works. Samehada is an organism which is sentient therefore it can be affected by genjutsu. If killer bee uses a genjutsu to convice samehada that its being held by someone else and attacking kisame, its natural first reaction will be to protect its master despite the fact that its actually attacking its master. Its therefore possible that probably kb or even sabu is using a genjutsu to control samehada so that kisame loses his ability to use samehada.

please post proof,i must have missed it. i remember being said during the fight with taka that KB in Hachibi mode will have a hard time with slippery when wet suigetsu. Also Hachibi is not a pure octopus, he/she is an octobull,meaning the water affinity is not sure as the sun rising up the next day. maybe half-half.


I just wonder if Samehada's relationship with Kisame is purely parasitic or mutualism, i go for the latter,becaus Kisame also has benefits. but trading Kisame for KB is a logical move for Samehada which is is also like Orochimaru needing a stronger host, and sakura needing someone stronger to give her babies.

I don't know, Naruto with a sword the same size as him just doesn't seem right. Then again Suigetsu could wield Zabuza's beheader, but a sword that damn huge doesn't suit Naruto in my opinion. He was never trained to fight like that. It could be a liability if his hands aren't free to use jutsu and what not.

I find it funny how Kisame kicked it from Killer Bee..lol

I just find it funny how it started healing Killer Bee by feeding him all the chakra Kisame had stolen.lol Samehada found itself a new man.

Hmm, though if Naruto's chakra is severed (before he goes into Sage Mode), he wouldn't have enough time, or energy to try Sage Mode on his initial attempt. If I remember this right, it takes a tremendous level of chakra to be able to go into Sage Mode, assuming Naruto doesn't use the Kyuubi's chakra when going into Sage Mode.

Though, I see where you are coming from. Just because Naruto'll probably fail his first attempt, doesn't mean he won't find another way into Sage Mode (it is Naruto after all). Though, I wonder how intelligent or, aware of potentially dangerous substances the Samehada is. If it tastes the chakra and moans, perhaps that could be a sign though, I'm not sure Samehada is that intelligent.
