High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

Located just outside of gakona alaska.

We are told that its being used for scientific research, primarily for communication studies "a premier facility for the study of ionospheric physics and radio science," according to their official website.

Well then why is thier so much secrecy regarding it, and more importantly why is the army running it??

Well thiers theorys out thier saying that its actually a weapon with the ability to take down aircraft, manipulate weather (which is supposed to be illegal) and control your mind.

What do you guys think?

Some people often like conspiracy theories among other theories because it gives them the feeling that they are smarter than the others who are a mere naive.

I don't want to be rude but i see that there are other theories better to be discussed other than conspiracy theories that mostly based on individual's imaginations.
