Well if you think about it biting karin and taking away from her chakra is some what of a form of vampirism. The only difference with this one is that sasuke desired also to kill Karin and was ravenous for her chakra. As a result he ripped her throat out while biting her. The result is he tries to still drain her chakra but by instinct he also slurps some of her blood in his ravenous thirst for chakra. In a way its the defining moment when sasuke ultimately dropped off the deep end once and for all in front of Naruto forcing him to accept that Sasuke just isnt the person he once knew hence the quote at the end.

Kakashi: Not this time Sasuke… Sakura, Naruto! (Naruto and Sakura nod their heads and the both of them boxes Sasuke in with the help of Kakashi standing his ground. Sasuke and Naruto lock eyes… Sakura begins to shiver from her encounters with Sasuke prior.)

Kakashi: Settle down Sakura… You’re safe… Sasuke’s in no position to do us harm at this point. Besides, he’s over used the Mangekyou Sharingan, he’s losing his very eyesight as I speak(Both Naruto and Sakura are shocked). It is three on one… With these odds, we can get as much out of him as possible….

(Sasuke grunts as Naruto focuses 100% on Sasuke… Naruto grinds his teeth… Kakashi looks at Naruto.)

Kakashi (in thought): In flash, Sakura was saved… Naruto’s ninjutsu isn’t the only thing that has matured rapidly… His body, the way it moved, it’s becoming more like sensei’s as he gets older…

Naruto: Why? WHY SASUKE!? YOU’D REALLY KILL SAKURA!?

Sasuke: I’ve established a new bond… My promise to kill as many inhabitants of Konoha as possible… Consider yourselves privileged… I’ve bonded to you all once again… Isn’t that what you all wanted? To be bonded with me once again? But, this is a bond to die for! Ha… HAA! Ha, ha, ha, ha! (Sasuke has a morbid smile on his face.)

Naruto: WE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UCHIHA BEING KILLED! WHY DO YOU HATE US?!

Sakura: W… What are you talking about? Itachi killed the clan, that’s why Sasuke sought revenge against him in the first place…

Sasuke: HA, ha, ha, ha… (Sakura looks at Naruto and Kakashi as they have their heads bowed down.)

Sakura: Wait, is there something you guys aren’t telling me?

Sasuke: Fine! Since you want to know, I’ll tell you all I know… But it’s not like it would make a difference… What’s done is done!

(The scene switches over to inside Madara’s lair… Madara approaches the collection of eyes… Madara digs within his cloak and withdraws a small container of liquid meant for housing eyes…)

Madara (in thought): 103 and 104… Itachi’s eyes…

(Dark Zetsu begins to resurface from below.)

Dark Zetsu: *Zu, Zu, Zu, Zu, Zu* You didn’t bring Sasuke back with you?

Madara: No… He wouldn’t dare follow anything I set for him if he sees all of the sharingan in my possession… He wouldn’t even take Itach’s eyes the first time I asked him… This time though, he’ll have no choice… Either that or he’ll never get what he wants… Zetsu, there’s a job you must attend to…

Dark Zetsu: Does it concern Sasuke?

Madara: Yes… At the pace he’s moving he’ll never stop for rest… And with him seeing Danzou, his quest for Konoha’s eradication has only became more certain… Can you hack it?

Dark Zetsu: I’ve absorbed all the nutrients from Kisame’s corpse and from the surrounding area in his wake… It should be more than enough…

Madara: Good, then I’ll meet you there… You know the way right? (Dark Zetsu submerges underground while a pair of eyes slip into Madara’s container.)

Dark Zetsu: *Zu, Zu, Zu, Zu*

(The scene switches back over to Team Seven… Sakura is shocked by what she hears… She then falls to her knees and starts to tear up.)

Sakura: It can’t be… (Sakura looks up to Sasuke.) But even if it’s true! We, we, weren’t responsible for it!

Sasuke: I don’t care! (Close up on Sakura and Naruto’s faces shows that they are shocked.)

Kakashi: Sasuke… The elders were to blame for the Uchiha’s death… I can see why you’d want them dead. However, we considered the Uchiha a proud and powerful clan in our village… WE don’t have hard feelings for the Uchiha… Honestly, would Itachi put his life on the line for us if we were anything like the elders?

Sasuke: Don’t you dare! DON’t YOU DARE SAY ITACHI’s NAME IN MY PRESENCE!

Naruto: Sasuke! I hate to do this, but you leave me no choice! (Everyone is shocked! Naruto makes the shadow clone jutsu handseal! Two shadow clones appear. Since Sasuke can’t react fast enough with his eyes’ vision fading, he gets restrained… One shadow clone grabs Sasuke’s left arm, the other shadow clone grabs the other arm.)

Sasuke: Loser…

Sakura: What are you going to do with him, Naruto?

Naruto (while looking down): As a criminal he can’t just get off… We’ll have him locked up… Is that the fair thing to do Kakashi sensei?

Kakashi: Well… In the state he’s in, I can’t see him providing much resistance… And at the very least, he might have more information on Madara…

Sasuke: You’ll never get anything out of me you saps!

Naruto (in thought): I can’t help but feel sorry for him… But maybe it’s the best thing to do… I didn’t want to kill him, and fighting him in his condition just wasn’t right; maybe that’s why I feel so bad… Him serving his sentence was the best that could happen… But I couldn’t save him from his darkness… That’s why I’m still uneasy…

Kakashi (in thought): I have my worries about dragging him to Konoha… But, he’s practically blind now, Madara can’t use him to his advantage in this war… Once restrained by the village’s forbidden sealing ninjutsu, he’d have no means to escape anyhow; he’ll have no future… I just wished things would have turned out better for him… But this was the path he chosen… He has to bear the consequences of his actions…

Sasuke (in thought): No way… Captured by these fools... Well, this is as far as I go, I suppose…

Next time: Sasuke is captured! But with Madara and Zetsu on the way, will Team 7 succeed in imprisoning him?

Madara will save Sasuke, he'll have to take itachi's eyes............future episodes will include Sasuke becoming more evil, he'll eventually face Naruto at full strength, the thing that Itachi left in Naruto will be revealed to be a message from Itachi at the verge of the Leaf Village being destroyed yet again Sasuke will come to his senses and give his life to save the village..............and that will be how Naruto saves Sasuke (at the very end).........because like with Pain, just too much has happened so they will have to die............but also like with Pain, he'll make somewhat of amends at the end of his life.

my Naruto 485 prediction:

Sasuke vs Naruto

Sasuke has a stern look on his face. His face was lyk "omfg, how the hell did he get to save her darn too fast?". Sasuke then asked Naruto, " My, how fast have you become? you finally were able to chase me." Myth is bubbling with glee from Sasuke's admission of Naruto's speed.

Naruto turned towards Sasuke and spoke about bonds, and Madara using him, and bonds, and lots more about bonds. Flashbacks of flashbacks flood the chapter. Everybody gets bored reading for 1/3rd of chapter 485.

Sasuke closed his eyes in contemplation for all he said, then burst out laughing the devilish Ha, Ha, Ha. After that, Sasuke used crow bunshin and scattered all over the battlefield, confusing Naruto and team 7. KYF suddenly jumps up and down the computer chair yelling " I said so! I said so!"

Karin who has regained enough strength to endure a walk towards the battlefield was suddenly engulfed by the crows which transformed into Sasuke. Sasuke grabs her as hostage, and took a bite at her scarred body. Too late for Naruto and team to notice Sasuke indulging himself on some desserts, 2 panels of biting and sucking action is long enough to put Sasuke back into 100%. trueuchiha, KYF and Freedom07 rejoiced for their bestfriend slash gay pal is back. They ready their counterargument for a pnj accusation.

Sasuke opens his eyes,his Mangekyou sharingan eyes, and pierced Karin from the back to the heart, this time not missing. all Karin Haters shouted in glory, "the bitch is dead!"

Sakura came running towards Sasuke and Karin in order to attempt to save her. Kakashi tried to run but falters, so much for an acting Hokage to be this dependent. Sasuke's eyes bleed, looks at Sakura, and the Sakura burned to a crisp by amaterasu. Everybody grabs their bottles of beer or in case of minors, their feeding glass of milk and sang on top of their lungs! Sakura the ho is no mo'!

Sasuke looks onto Naruto but is shocked by what he sees. Naruto is in Sage mode and forming in his eyes are the kyubi's eyes. Senninkorby, Myth, and other Narutards all became eager for the next chapter to release as they know deep in their hearts that Sasuke is no match to a KSMNaruto. while to the top of his lungs, Naruto shouted the famous line he always shouts whenever seeing sasuke. "SAAAASSSSSUUUUKKKKEEEE!!" It's a KSMNaruto vs MSSasuke for next chapter! all the regular predictors type their way on their keyboards for the next chapter. hopefully a chapter with less talk, more action.

first they will talk and den sasuke will get saved dere would be no point seeing a match between a blind sasuke and 99% naruto i added in the fact he was on speed to get there ima thinking it'll be an intervention (just all talking) but i think karin will go leave with sasuke.

Ima not sure if naruto wants to kill sasuke even though sasuke was attacking sakura dat bitch attacked first so naruto might have seen that.

and is everyone off the idea that sasuke is possesed cause to me this chap was in favor he wasn't

#sasuke is blind, weak up against kakashi and naruto and a dog (sakura) maybe this would be the perfect time for them to capture sasuke casue they gotta do something.

Most of the predicition was good, but i really love the tsukuyomi idea! That would be the ideal "small" gift from itachi as genjutsu is naruto's weakest point
