@ anime this is a forum for people to discuss manga not to act like 3 year old honestly if u cant be mature when u talk to people on the internet then u need to learn to grow the fuck up point blank .. nobody comes on here to discuss these topics seriously to have people come and troll and flame the threads so much that they get off topic such as this one i know i am being off topic but u people seriously are acting like kids pointing fingers and complaining like little girls

Because he's saying that complainers enforce rules. He's wrong. That is a flawed premise. There are lots of things people complain about. I wish I could show you people how stupid some complaints are. If what he was saying was true, then all those people those complaints are about would be punished.

Obviously this is not the case. People need to complain AND it has to be against the rules. That way I can be reasonably sure that his actions, which are against the rules, are indeed upsetting people. And even then, it's up to the mod to decide if it warrants infractions or not. Just because people bitch doesn't mean it's really all that bad. So I went over his posting activity, read his threads, etc., and determined that he was likely just here to do nothing but annoy people while breaking tons and tons of forum rules doing it. You don't do that. I don't do that. It's a unique situation that applies just to him, in this scenario.

If you'd like me to explain it further, than I'd be more than happy to do so via private messages. Unless you're going to bust out some hardcore debating skills and pwn me. Then you should probably try to do that here, since that would be something. =D

Very true. ^ But he's just going to keep coming back, and there's nothing we can do about it. It's a fact of life, TrueUchiha will never learn when to stop, and we should all just GET OVER IT! And that includes the whiners and the people that just don't care. If everybody just ignored him, then this forum would be much better.

i said that so many times i even said it earlier in this exact thread to jus ignore him and he will go away.. tru uchiha is like a fire.. by us listening and responding to his comments we are throwing gasoline on that fire but by us ignoring him we throw sand on that fire and eventually he will fizzle and go away
