All this excitement and watching people get banned is making me hungry. Anyways now that peace seems to be restored for a moment, I would like to kinda expand on the topic Myth was talking about with regards to Naruto not being able to defeat Sasuke's way of thinkig (or way of the Ninja). The big question in this discussion is how will Naruto defeat Sasuke's way of thinking? Even with Itachi's power in Naruto, I don't really see a possible way to save him when he clearly doesn't want to be saved. The answer could be the simplest and stupidest thing or it could be an answer that is life changing. I mean, Naruto saved Nagato with a book for petes sake!! And if you look at it, you'd see that it's actually true in the world today where people have their lives changed by reading a book (like the Bible for example). Now in Sasuke's case, I don't think Naruto will have some book to throw at him if he wants to save him so what do you guys think Naruto will need (besides Itachi's power) to bring him back "to the light"?

All he needs is to give Sasuke a serious ass whooping and pound it into his thick evil skull that what he's doing is wrong and stupid. And if Sasuke doesn't get his shit straight after that, I don't know what will.

Yeah but beating the crap out of someone doesn't really make the person change. Yes fighting is a way of understanding someone but it's not always the answer, especially in this case.

i think that there is something else about the uchiha that we dont know that naruto might find out and tell sasuke like madara told sasuke about what really happened with the uchiha massacre.. and honestly i bet that before its over with we will find out exactly how hashirama and madaras fight played out because it will explain how madara survived and what naruto needs to do to beat the ems

I understand that, but what I mean is once Naruto proves that his way, "the way of the light", is stronger than Sasuke's way, "darkness", then Sasuke may finally understand his actions are wrong. If Naruto can defeat him, Sasuke should get it into his head that
the light is more powerful than darkness. Get what I'm saying?

light is not more powerful than the darkness in essence they are two side to the same coin.. u cannot have one without the other because every light has a shadow and that shadow is where darkness is born.. the way of the light may be more resilient and noteworthy but not all darkness is bad and it is definitely not weak either

Exactly. Both Naruto and Sasuke are representations of light and darkness. With Naruto, he shows more of the light, but inside him is also a darkness in the form of the Kyuubi. With Sasuke, he manifests the darkness but there is still a sliver of light inside him. So in order for Naruto to bring out the light in Sasuke, he'll need to do more than fighting, talking and throwing a book at him.

Well, then maybe Naruto could at least get Sasuke to believe that the light is a better, safer path to choose than the darkness. Not necessarily stronger, but happier and more fulfilling.

we are all forgetting that magically b4 he died jiraiya wrote another book called plot no justu that automatically makes u stop fighting and talk things out.. and naruto owns the only copy in the world

He'll never change Sasuke's 'Way of the Ninja'. Basically while Sasukes getting screwed over by Madara, Naruto will step in to assist. Then Sasuke will realize that he's been fighting for basically no reason, and he'll use the last bit of his life to help Naruto and his dream of becoming Hokage. That dream will never be realized as long as Madara's alive.

Sasuke will pullback his Chidori last minute on the last Rasengan & Chidori clash of the manga. Sasuke will die smiling while Naruto will cry. The reason behind Sasuke pulling his attack last minute will be because he flashes back to what Itachi said with a genjutsu message(In the beginning of the fight Sasuke uses genjutsu which triggers Itachi's gift which happens to be a genjutsu message to Sasuke).
