It would make sense that the higher the tails the harder it would be. Gaara should have mastered his.

it actually depends on alot of factors:
-was the infant fully grown when was born or not
- was the infant stable mentally or not

the story of gaara when he was younger gives the impression that he was born due to the seal not being fully grown and stable infant which lead him to be not stable mentally

look on yugira and killer bee they are oppusite to gaara that lead them to either partialy or complete control over the bijus they have.

More than likely. She's a bad ass female-nin. Probably the sickest one in the Narutoverse.

Its actually seriously bothering me about the lack of use/concern for the smaller countries and villages. If Amengakure can produce ninjas like Hanzo, Nagato, and Konan, (Hidan and Kakuzu also came from small villages) surely they should be included in the war effort. Though Madara declared war on the Five Great Shinobi nations and effectively the Iron Country so maybe he's not including the smaller countries. If Naruto and Bee entered the War leading all the small countries that would be awesome.

I would just love it if Konan leaked out allll kinds of info on Akatsuki, and led to Aka's demise and Madara's downfall. SO SICK!
