Human Rasengan you are saying everyone in Konoha is a Senju then lemme ask this, The Hyuuga Clan??? They have the bayakugan don't tell me they als came from the younger brother. I think they are closer to be a descendant of the older brother but are a branch that let go of the hatred. Also Madara said that the Older Brother had the eyes and the stronger chakra so according to this the clan with the most chakra should be the Uchia Clan and not the Senju

And all the people living in Konoha couldn't be Senju cause people came from other villages and countries to populate the village. And I guess the Huga clan deal would be a good example of not being Senju.

okay here i go... 1st then 2nd was HIS brother. for whatever reason his lineage didn't have skilled nin to pass it to after that. it was passed to Sarutobi. his son Asuma has two siblings that aren't seen in the series yet. one of which is Konohamaru's parent. now we both know Asuma isn't(wasn't) skilled enough to be Hokage. so 4th is chosen now by this time tsunade wasn't there Orochimaru...u know...Jaraiya well he was chasing after O much like Naruto and sasuke. Couldn't give it back to the Senju clan(Tsunade) basically it is from what i see passed first thru blood or master to student. so he gave it to a student of a student of his. Minato. Minato probably woulda gave it to Kikashi anyway, so it seems to be coming full circle sense Kikashi is the Hokage now or did WE forget? now kakashi was 15 when he last went under Minato's training. Seems Minato was early 20's when he had naruto Minato's Mom coulda been 40-43 which would place her at 15 - 18 when having the 4th.Tsunade was 51 when she "met" naruto he was 12. she would been 38 when he was born. so ll that to say yes her being his actual grand ma may be a stretch IF the age of 51 is accurate. all jiraiya said was she was IN her 50s not an actual age if she was 56 that would make it more possible. but i think Naruto is related to the Senju line.
from what i was reading the "Senju" name came as a title to the organization which means "a thousand skills, a thousand hands." think about it if that huge powerful clan was all related it would be kinda sick. different families came together learned nin,gen and taijutsu. I think Tsunade is his Great Aunt...her last name is NEVER spoken. Minato maybe a descendent of the SENJU. Kamikaze maybe one of the families that came to form the Senju orginization(clan).

hmmm...yeah here i go again. now i say going with the Senju is clan name not exactly blood name. i believe that the 1st and 2nd were the only ones left alive that had the name. i believe they were the last line of direct Male descendants. No need to carry on the "senju" title when a village is established. plus there isn't ANY blood line limit for Senju it was just a title for those that learned many jutsu and skills. where as Uchiha was an actual family with a blood trait. if you notice Uchiha all have same characteristics but Senju ALL look different even "brothers" which makes me think brother was used affectionately not literally. but anyway. going down the line Naruto COULD be related to founding family of the Senju.
